The Alpaca Cottage invites you to spend quality time with our small herd of Alpaca and pygmy goats, they’re a curious bunch who love to meet, greet and beg for treats. The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. The Cottage is a charming 1 bedroom w/full kitchen, sofa bed & private courtyard w/plunge pool.

A quaint patio area in the front yard invites guests to enjoy the weather.

This hidden oasis is a few hundred feet from the Delaware River. Bring the dog - we have 2 1/2 acres of fenced in yard for the four legged member of the family. King sized pull out in the living room for the kids. Relax with the whole family. Enjoy the patio and cook S'mores in the fire pit. Play frisbee golf, lawn bocce & croquet. If you have a fishing license you are welcome to fish from the dock or bring a kayak or bikes. Or use this as home base for exploring historic Philadelphia.

We are right at the edge of town on the main street in Richboro so in walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. The yard is beautifully maintained, and the decks, outdoor grill and fire pit are available for your use and enjoyment during your stay. Owners live in the farmhouse and are generally available to answer questions and provide recommendations for the local area.

Cute cottage that sleeps 4 located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in a small town with access to so many activities nearby. The Rancocas Creek and the Marina are only a half block from the house. Approximately 30 minutes from Philadelphia, 30 minutes from the Philadelphia Airport and just over an hour to Newark International Airport. Sesame Place is just 30 minutes from the house. Close to businesses in Delanco, Delran, Riverside and Riverton area.

Popular family attraction Sesame Place is 10 minutes away, and Philadelphia is a 30 minute drive. Conveniently located near major highways 95 and the PA Turnpike. 1 hour drive to the Jersey Shore The apartment has its own separate entrance and does not have access to our backyard or the patio upstairs.
