Huset fra 2017 ligger rett ved Ekebergsletta og bussholdeplass til/fra byen. I 1. etasje er det stor stue/spisestue, åpen kjøkkenløsning og et soverom med dobbeltseng. Fra stua er det utgang til platting på 100m2, samt gressplen med trampoline. I 2. etasje er det tre soverom med doble senger, to bad og TV-stue. I husets underetasje er entre og WC. Der er også en utleiedel som går i utleie til fast leietaker. Huset er et av tre hus i et sameie, med felles innkjøring. Ryddig og godt utstyrt.

Modern, nice and cosy house with a lot of functional equipments as: code opening for outer door, ice cube machine integrated in the fridge, integrated coffee machine in the kitchen, two integrated Owens in the kitchen. Bedroom 4 is one big, open room that covers the entire 3rd floor (attic). This room is open and has no door.
