If you need lots of beds for your construction crew, we can accommodate. Enjoy the large 85” TV in the main living room and there is a second large 85” TV in the basement family room. The listing states up to 16 guests, but there are actually enough beds to sleep 19-22. Three rooms have triple bunk beds, two with twin mattresses and one with full.

Our retreat is nestled in the Cottonwoods on the 18th green of the golf course. Summer with us & float the “dry bed”, depending on current water levels exit onto our property, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, play a game at the golf course, or set up family games in the yard. Winter fun brings hills to sled, hot chocolate around the fireplace, room to build snowmen and forts. All is centered around a beautiful quiet home to rest, modern amenities & a porch to watch memories unfold.

Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a couch that we don’t mind a person sleeping on. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio & fenced sideyard.
