This was the perfect place for my extended family to gather for my mom’s funeral. Comfortable, homey and elegant rooms, lovely modern bathrooms and kitchen and lots of space. The host was very kind and quick to respond when a minor issue arose.

Great location, great host. Cozy home. Parking is tricky if you have a larger vehicle, but definitely manageable and she offered us to park at her home which is nearby if needed. Highly recommend.

Was a lovely stay. Would definitely stay again. Very cozy quiet and close to everything I needed. 5 star stay. The bed was worth the whole stay.

The home was clean, quiet and spacious. The listing was accurate and we found most everything that we needed. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. WARNING: The "light switch" by the door in the laundry/utility room is not a light switch. It is the power switch for the furnace. If you instinctively turn it off as you leave the room in the evening, you may have a rude/cold awakening in the morning. Don't ask us how we know :^). Also, the mattresses on all four of the beds were in good condition but are memory foam. This may or may not be important to you, but it is good to know if you aren't a fan of this style of mattress. We enjoyed our stay and will include this home in our short list for any future stays.

This is an excellent house. Walking around the pond is very nice as well as great walks through the neighborhood. The house has lots of nice features and amenities. It is an easy drive to Mayo. Highly recommend staying with Joy.

For an extended stay, this home fits the bill. It is in a very handy location with restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc., only a few blocks away. The home is new & in a new area, where the properties are nice , very well maintained & managed. Allison, our coordinator did a very good job of answering our questions any time we called her . If available, we would definitely stay there again should we ever need an extended stay in Rochester.

Loved the nature around us even though we were in the city. Very quiet. Peaceful & it is a healing house! The only thing negative was the construction going on getting to Mayo. This was not the home's fault! Very kind & responsive host!

They were very sweet and came and handled an issue that we had . Location was as described and felt very homey . Very accommodating ! Loved the place ! Made a week at Mayo much more manageable

The accommodations where clean, comfortable and safe. The host was kind, helpful, and very communicative.

The apartment was beautiful and very well appointed with everything you need for your stay. Very clean with very comfortable beds. The private rooftop patio was a so enjoyable. It is within walking distance of downtown Rochester restaurants and Mayo Clinic buildings. Just an across the footbridge to Mayo Park you can easily access the skywalk and subway system of the Mayo buildings by entering the Civic Center. Kevin and Anika were very very responsive to any question we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This apartment is a great find!

Everything went great as far as finding the house. You are within walking distance of a few restaurants and a great gym and grocery store. Emily responded quickly when I text her. She was also more than willing to help us when we needed something during our stay. Over all a great place to recover after my surgery. A quiet and comfortable place to stay.

We were in need of an extended stay in Rochester for a stem cell transplant. The procedures were grueling and we needed a place that felt homey and comfortable for recovering. We certainly found everything we needed and more with this space. I was so grateful they were dog-friendly because having my fur babies visit me on the weekends was invaluable to my healing and recovery. We were equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Highly recommend this space and host. Clean and well organized upon arrival. Clear and detailed instructions for everything, along with local recommendations. The backyard is beautiful and we saw so much wildlife during our stay. Birds, otters, woodchucks, deer and more. Walking distance to quarry hill park which is lovely. There is a bus stop about a block down the road so it was easy to get around even when we didn't have our car for a couple days. The host was incredibly quick to respond and very kind.

We stayed here because one of us had surgery at Mayo, so we didn't do things around town or use the walking trail, etc. Things we really liked in the rental: memory foam toppers on the beds made them super comfortable; plentiful outlets and USB ports that were easily accessible; well-stocked kitchen; comfortable double recliners; and a lift recliner that was a godsend after surgery. John was very responsive with a couple of issues, and was easy to communicate with. I'd highly recommend this rental.
