This place is a good one for families. It accommodated my family of five with enough space. I forgot my watch and host mailed it to me free of charge. I do appreciate this gesture very much. I recommend this place and host to anyone.

We had a great stay at Ila’s place! The house fit all of our needs and was in a nice neighborhood and was very clean. We were able to run over to the mall that was only a couple blocks away to spend some time between dance competitions. Hyvee was also near by so we were able to pick up groceries for our stay and cook in the updated kitchen. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Rochester.

Was a lovely stay. Would definitely stay again. Very cozy quiet and close to everything I needed. 5 star stay. The bed was worth the whole stay.

We arrived when a large storm system was predicted. When we booked, we did not consider the benefits of having an airbnb with a basement in case of a weather emergency and a garage to safely store our car. As it turned out, the bad weather missed us, but the property gave us peace of mind. The appliances were all in working order and the water was hot. The bathtub was new, clean, and very comfortable. The fenced in yard was a plus as was the proximity to Mayo. We rested and slept well in Boa's home. Thank you.

We went down to Rochester for a wedding, great location, and close to everything.

What a special home and comfortable environment! Our family stayed in the home during a medical procedure at Mayo. We could not have found a better host to help us navigate and care through our recovery process. This is a well accommodated home, peaceful and part of nature. We appreciate all of the flexibility and lovely environment.

Accessibility by walker was excellent. Lots of space. Easy drive to Mayo, downtown, grocery stores and restaurants. Mark was very easy to work with and responsive to our questions.

This space was absolutely lovely. Beautiful from the inside out. Squeaky clean and larger than expected. Bathtub was amazing. Kitchen spacious. We felt at home and was a restful stay following a procedure. Mayo was about 4 min away which was so helpful. maybe 15 from airport . Close to downtown and lovely local places to eat. Got to try a panekoken when your in town! Thanks for a lovely stay !

It was very convenient to Mayo & that was really important to us. It was comfortable & very adequate. We visited with Sharon one day when we returned & she was really nice & concerned about my husband’s health issues. If we have to go back to Rochester & Mayo, we think we would try to book with them again.

Mei’s place was very conveniently located to the Mayo St. Mary’s location that we needed. Very comfortable and quiet. Loved having a washer and dryer available. Well stocked essentials. Unit had very safe, free and easy parking. Very walkable area. Mei made it very easy to extend my stay. We will definitely stay here again.

We recently completed a 3 month stay at this Airbnb, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was clean and decorated in a lovely, modern style. It felt fresh and new, which made a big difference for such a long stay. One of the biggest perks was the location. It was incredibly convenient, with close proximity to almost everything we needed. Most importantly for us, it was super close to the Mayo Clinic, which we had to visit frequently for appointments. The river was just a block away, which provided a lovely spot to walk and fresh air. Kris and Doug were fantastic hosts. They were incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. Whenever a minor issue arose, the host came right away to fix it. It was clear they cared about our comfort throughout our stay. The Airbnb itself was well-equipped with all the gadgets and appliances we needed for an extended stay. We were able to cook meals easily and felt comfortable settling in for the long term. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay here. The listing is in an older building and has a bit of an odd layout, but was well worth the price and has lots of amenities. We loved the fireplace, the bed was super comfortable, and there was definitely attention to detail when it came to things like lighting and access to outlets. The decor is adorable and really made the place. The place was clean and comfortable.

We were in need of an extended stay in Rochester for a stem cell transplant. The procedures were grueling and we needed a place that felt homey and comfortable for recovering. We certainly found everything we needed and more with this space. I was so grateful they were dog-friendly because having my fur babies visit me on the weekends was invaluable to my healing and recovery. We were equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you for hosting us!

I would rate a 10 if it was an option. I stayed for over a week and Berni's place worked out perfect in so many ways. It had everything I needed including plenty of space to store my things in the kitchen and bedroom. The place and furniture were well taken care of and the linens were clean and fresh. The place flowed very well so I always felt like I was in a home versus a 'space'. The location was peaceful, very walk-able, close to a local trail that interconnected with the city, and I felt very safe in the area. Berni was an amazing host, very personable, and responded very quickly when I reached out to her. I felt very welcome (including the delicious bread she left for me at arrival) and she treated me more than a mere airbnb renter. She was quick to recommend places that may be of interest to me as well. I would definitely stay again. In fact, her place is going on the top of my list.

Emily was an amazing host! Checked in periodically to make sure I had everything I needed.

The place was cozy and warm. I loved seeing the wildlife everyday during walks and just outside the windows. Their cat Minnie is just the sweetest and the cherry on top for the relaxing weekend.

A clean and comfortable apartment to stay in while a loved one was at the Mayo Clinic. The host is easy to work with.

RITA. IS. AMAZING. For anyone needing to travel to the Mayo Clinic, her charming place is truly walkable to the medical campus. Rita is a wonderful and extremely helpful communicator. She will gently check in every so often to see if you need anything. After a day spent in the chaos of the Clinic, coming back to this peaceful, relaxing spot -- to brew some tea, fix a snack, watch a movie or two -- was definitely a pleasure!

Unit was cozy and warm, and had everything we needed. Located one turn from the interstate between both Mayo campuses with off street parking. Rita and Qamar are very responsive hosts. Easy checkin and checkout. Nice alternative to a hotel in Rochester.

Jackie’s place is superb. Best location to visit Rochester, especially if you are visiting the Mayo Clinic, walkable distance to many places. The place is huge, great for family like us. Many games provided for the kids: pingpong and board games. Big kitchen and living spaces. Jackie the host is super friendly, helpful and responsive. All communications are smooth and fast. Greta place to stay with a responsive host. I would highly recommend this location if you need a place to close to Mayo Clinic or the downtown area.

Everything was great, just what we needed for our stay at Mayo

The condo was perfect, we felt happy and at home. So clean and all necessary stuff were provided in the kitchen and bathroom. We really needed something that great to stay during the recovery for 3weeks. It was outstanding. The host Kellie was amazing. Brought extra blankets and sheets to a third friend once we requested. She helped receiving FedEx package before arriving and put it inside the condo although it were heavy, wonderful host. We plan to use the same condo when we go back to Mayo Clinic in Rochester in the summer if available. We are grateful to have a place like home away from home Magda
