Castle Cicali

We lovingly call this house Castle Cicali, named after the previous owners who had quite the eclectic taste! For entertainment we have a HOT TUB, pool table, ping pong, indoor basketball, fire pit, & piano. This is the perfect home for family gatherings with LARGE dining space! Right across the street from us is the beautiful Vanderveer Park. Come enjoy this spacious Tudor style home that is filled with quirky character! 3 king beds, 4 full size beds,& futon. *No bathroom on main level of house*

The Deerbrook House

This centrally located home in Bettendorf, Iowa is minutes away from the Mississippi river via bike trail and an eight minute drive to the Bettendorf sports complex . If you’re coming into town with 14 to 16 family members or friends, this will make it an easy stay. We have a game room in the basement with a basketball court, hot tub, two fire pits, a putting Green, 20’x 8’ covered outdoor bar and grill and seating for 30 outside. There’s also a three person infrared sauna. Please, no pets.

Big River Retreat: Superb Dock!

Surrounded by nature, this dreamy river house has its own boat ramp and incredible dock! Perfect for large families or a small group retreat experience. If you love nature; come for the river views, bird watching, fish off the dock, kayak the river, bike ride up the great river trail, take a hot tub soak and sauna at "the spa shop" on property. (Fees apply) Optional and FREE Yoga on the dock Mondays 9am, 6pm. Enjoy a cozy fire inside or out! Boat or jet ski up the Mississippi! So much to enjoy!

Now is a great time to stay in this completely furnished two-bedroom house directly overlooking the Mississippi River. The hot tub is amazing during the day and under the stars this time of year. Eagle watching in the winter is always entertaining while relaxing in the hot tub. This 1+ acre property is tucked away on a private dead end street, yet close to many great restaurants and shopping. If you're looking for a romantic getaway this house has everything you need for a wonderful time!

The historic Lewis M. Fisher house has been recently salvaged and restored with a bit of modernization. This is the perfect venue for family gatherings, or even as a long term rental! We are centrally located between downtown Davenport and The Village, and across the street from The Renwick Mansion, with views of the Mississippi River Full home available! Includes 2 king bed suites, 4 full sized beds, pull out bed, futon, washer/dryer. Street parking. *No driveway, please note lots of STAIRS*

Our home sits above the little town of LeClaire Iowa keeping a good eye on the beautiful Mississippi River. Built in the 1880’s, it has been holding these duties for a long time. The complete remodel kept just enough history to make it even more interesting. The 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home boasts 2 living rooms, 50’ deck with sunken hot tub, a game room and full office with a view! The back yard Is equipped with a gas and a wood burning fire pit over looking the River and the bocce court.
