Please keep in mind, this is a second story suite. There is 1 flight of stairs. Paws & Relax Guest Suite is located a block and a half up from beautiful historic downtown LeClaire, next to the scenic Mississippi River. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, a distillery & brewery- all within walking distance! There is an outdoor patio with seating & table along with a porch for rainy days. Close enough to walk downtown, but just far enough to enjoy some peaceful rest. The perfect home away from home!

This little cottage is a Rock Island Historic house. Nestled among the large Victorians, it was built in 1879 and housed various workers, from a blacksmith, to a wallpaper hanger! Located just blocks from the Mississippi River you can walk along a paved bike path with gorgeous views. In the evening enjoy the vibrant nightlife, with music and a dinner playhouse! This tiny historic cottage is great for a quick night, but perfect for class reunions, weddings and the John Deer Classic!

1920 stately, charming home in historic McClellan heights on secluded lot surrounded by trees and wildlife. View of the river Centennial bridge lights In fall, bugle calls from Arsenal at 6:30 am 9:30 and 10:00 pm. Very quiet safe neighborhood on narrow low traffic cross street. Five minutes to I-80 and under 15 minutes to TBK Sports Complex, Eldridge IA, downtown Davenport, East Village, and Tax Slayer Center. This has been my home for 18 years, so it's got everything you need to feel at home!!
