The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Lovely pub nearby & short walk to local shops, eateries and coast. We also have a sofa (bed ) n the lounge for 2 people.

The property contains two king size bedrooms, perfect for a couples retreat and a third bunk bedroom also making it an excellent choice for a family holiday. Our flat is one of 4 in an Edwardian house. It has a homely, peaceful atmosphere, a large shared garden & sea views. It's a 5 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to shops & restaurants. It has an old fashioned, shabby chic holiday home feel. You'll be getting our home with it's various quirks and our personal belongings in it. We aim to leave it clean and in the best state of repair we can :) We take bookings Fri - Fri for practical reasons. Please message me if you're after different days.

The South-West Coast Path offers walkers plenty of opportunities to explore the area.

Honeybee is a cosy one bedroom cottage close to Padstow harbour. The well laid out ground floor of the cottage is open plan with a modern gloss white kitchen that is fully equipped. There is a dining table for two, a retro leather sofa and a spotty Laura Ashley armchair to relax in and enjoy the Samsung smart LED television. The double bedroom has a beautiful feature freestanding bath plus another smart telly! Grohe shower, toilet and basin in a contemporary shower room. Outdoor dining table.

A bright & spacious family home with private garden, 250m walk to Polzeath beach. Apr-Oct, min 7 nights, Fri-Fri only. Nov-Mar, min 3 nights. Message for alternatives. The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! Nestled in the heart of Polzeath you will have perfect access to venture onto the coastal paths. To explore Daymer Bay and Rock or the rugged coastline to Lundy Beach.
