Go for a walk or bike ride on the 28 plus acres or pretty rural lanes. 2.5 miles away is Lake Robertson for activities . Sit on the porch too! On a snowy night, enjoy the wd-burning fireplace . Cozy loft on horse farm, 5 minutes from Lexington

Cozy studio loft apartment situated over a garage on a small working horse farm. The loft has a private entrance, microwave, small fridge, Keurig coffee maker, bathroom, comfortable king bed, cozy linens and local art. An inflatable bed and pack n’ play are available. Dogs welcome/$45 pet fee required. Relax in quiet, scenic countryside, only 5 minutes from downtown Lexington, VMI and W&L. Horses welcome also—contact for details about equine layovers. Please note there is no TV in the loft.

Secluded cabin close to VMI, W&L, and Lexington.

Our cabin was originally a grainery. We moved it to sit on a wooded knoll on our working sheep farm. Mornings can be spent relaxing on our front porch while watching lambs play. We offer a firepit and outdoor furniture to better enjoy the peaceful seclusion of our slice of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Guests are just 10 minutes to downtown Lexington, Virginia Military Institute, Washington & Lee University, Southern Virginia University & the Virginia Horse Center. The owner is a VMI alumnus.

Access the Blue Ridge Parkway, visit Natural Bridge, or head over to the incredible Virginia Safari Park. Stay here for trips to W&L, VMI, or SVU. A perfect place for a quick stop or extended stay.

Little Gallery House Near Natural Bridge

The Little Gallery House, near Natural Bridge, is part of an old Civilian Conservation Corps Camp, then juvenile detention center, now a campground and artist community, called Thunder BRidge. There are 100 acres to explore, bordering the Jefferson National Forest, with hiking trails and just 2 miles from the James River. This would be an ideal place for family to meet if some of you want to camp and others would like a real house. There is a queen bed and a day bed.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Close to Glen Maury Park, SVU and Lexington Va. close to Horse a center and Safari Park. Home has nice cover front porch and deck in back. One bedroom with a queen bed and tv mounted on wall. Living room with 43 inch Roku tv with a full size sleeper sofa. 2 nd bedroom with a full bed. Bathroom has a stand up shower only.
