We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go. Not staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the Airbnb area. By "shared space" it is the host rarely passing through living room when noone is there for laudary.

PROS-- safe location, very close to University of St Francis & the Cathedral of St Raymond. 5 min from the Rialto, Harrah's Casino., 15 min from Route 66 Speedway, 14 miles to Forge. washer/dryer, full kitchen and full bathroom, fenced in backyard. flexible and responsive hosts (two live in lower unit). Private Cottage in Cathedral District

Our cozy, 1920's home is located in the Cathedral district in Joliet. 3 minutes away from the Haley Mansion and 6 minutes away from the Jacob Henry Mansion. You get the whole main floor for yourself and your guest(s) with your own entrance through the front door that has a keypad door lock. I, along with my two mini dachshund puppies, stay in the basement. We have our own entrance through the back. You can park right outside on the street. So there is plenty of parking.

A fully finished basement apartment in an older quiet neighbhood. A small but large enough for two-four people to enjoy. There is a full size bed in the main bedroom and pocket doors that close off the full sized Murphy bed located as a second bedroom. Full size kitchen for your use, outside patio in back and front porch for your use. House is on well and septic system. Please NO PERSONAL PRODUCTS. No children under the age of 16 allowed not setup for kids.
