This was a great place for us. We were in West MI visiting family for the week and it worked perfectly for all that we wanted to do. Easy access to north and south highways, great downtown and restaurants and clean and comfortable accomodations! Stress free! Thank you!!

We really enjoyed this place! It is located very close to downtown making a lot of places walkable or just a short drive. Upon arrival it was clean and the instructions for check in and parking were easy to follow. The kitchen had a lot of amenities and included almost everything we needed. We also liked that the checkout process was simple! We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect place for us to stay. Very enjoyable walk into town, peaceful and quiet. Lindsay was helpful and responsive when there was a parking issue out of ours and her control, so everything worked out. We have no complaints and would visit again!

We went to Grand Rapids for a wedding. We are used to nice modern places. This was the best that I find. I was delighted to find that the rehearsal dinner was in the restaurant below the Airbnb which is also the BEST place to eat breakfast in GR. We were comfortable and felt warm vibes from the thoughtful touches that the host provided. Water and coffee was appreciated. Very clean. Lovely little dress shop over the road, also a yummy ice cream shop.

The description and photos were accurate. The pool was excellent. Plenty of space for a family of 5. The kitchen layout and amenities were great. The only downside was being on the lower level and having people in the condo above.

Absolutely beautiful condo! The whole space was immaculate, and had all the necessary accommodations. It is close to all the shops and restaurants, we loved that we were able to walk everywhere! Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful place to stay. It's right in the middle of downtown Holland and very walkable to stores and restaurants in that area. The 3rd floor deck is wonderful to sit on at night. The condo is clean, smells amazing, and a top notch place to stay. While on the expensive end, we felt like it was worth the cost and we would stay here again! FYI, and in no means a reduction in rating, the mattress in the primary bedroom is very firm. The only negative comment we have is being asked to take out the trash while also being charged a $200 cleaning fee. We don't mind taking out the trash we created, and it wasn't a hassle to access the community dumpster, but we felt like it should have be included with a $200 cleaning fee.

Our stay at Sterling Sands was amazing! From the moment we walked in, it felt like a home away from home. It was beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. The hosts have thought of everything, from cozy linens and high-end toiletries to a fully equipped kitchen and high-end furnishings. One of our favorite features was the spaciousness of the unit. The open floor plan allowed for plenty of room to relax, and the large windows let in lots of natural light and showed a great view of downtown Holland, making the space feel bright and airy. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Holland. While the inside was amazing, the location is perfect with being right in the heart of downtown Holland. We were just steps away from charming shops and great restaurants! Communication with the hosts was great and our entire stay went very smoothly. Sterling Sands is great for couples and families, making it the perfect getaway. We will definitely be going back!

We had a wonderful stay in Grand Haven and the condo was in a great location, walking distance to everything. The condo was as described and Steve gave very detailed instructions on how to access the building/condo. It was nice to have our vehicle parked inside the parking garage and not have to try to find a spot in the lot. The balcony gave a perfect view of the musical fountains, along with good people watching. We will definitely consider renting this unit again in the future.

Beautiful condo in an excellent location! Ciro was incredibly responsive and helping from the planning through our checkout. Our family had a wonderful time in Saugatuck celebrating my sister 60th birthday. Thank you.

This is an adorable little home, very cute with an updated interior and super clean. It was spotless and just like a hotel - it had everything we needed (we welcomed having shampoo, paper towel, even coffee pods so we did not have to worry about it.) It is on a main & busy street and a bit loud during the day, but quiet after dark. There is a Mall, a Meijers and all kind of shopping all within a 5-10 min drive, and we really liked that. I was amazed how many restaurants they had in this area. Mindy is wonderful to work with and we appreciate her sharing her lovely home with us. Thanks Mindy!

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and convenient for exploring the area. The layout of the home was both fun and unique, offering a refreshing departure from the typical accommodations. It really added to the overall experience. The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with—friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay!

Very nice house in the Heritage Hill area of Grand Rapids. Stayed while in town for my daughter's graduation from GVSU. Alex provided great communication throughout the whole process. The house was perfect. The beds are super comfy (we are older, LOL) and they were very appreciated. There are plenty of linens, extra blankets, enough kitchen supplies (paper towels, plastic wrap, aluminum foil and utensils. The house is just very welcoming and comfortable, yet nicely stylish in design.

Luke's home in GR is a great find. it has recently been rehabbed in a retro building and is a close walk to great restaurants and event spaces.

-Easy to follow instructions to check in and fast response to messages. -Almost brand new 2 story condo with great view. -Complete list of kitchen and laundry amenities (new) -Wall mounted A/C units can be noisy, I wish they have screens on the patio door and windows so we may not need the air conditioners. -Easy to park. We enjoyed our 6 day stay in this beautiful place!

Beautiful place right in the heart of Muskegon. Appreciated the clean space with a TON of space (especially outside!)

Mill Pond made it extremely easy to check in, being accommodating to our late arrival time. They were proactive in reaching out to me with check-in instructions, called me the morning after I checked in to make sure we didn't have any issues, and were very helpful with local recommendations. The location of this unit is hard to beat, given how close it is to downtown Saugatuck. I will definitely be back, thank you Mill Pond!

We are from West Michigan, but had never spent the night in Saugatuck. We always went home after a visit. That was such a mistake. After staying at Holiday Hill, we realized that this small communityvof Saugatuck is so wonderful that it is best to stay long enough to enjoy everything. Holiday Hill is across the river from downtown Saugatuck with a beautiful view of the river, the sunrise, and the city shoreline. Nick's place was immaculate, and secured up a hill from the small resort that services it, so that it is very private. We may make it an annual event to visit the city and stay at Holiday Hill in one of Nick's units.

What an outstanding spot to enjoy the beauty of Saugatuck/Douglas! This charming condo, right on the river, offers a beautiful deck where you can watch the boats sail by and see some of the fun and music across the river, but still have your own private and quiet space. It's conveniently located next to the ferry, which runs every 15 minutes, making it easy to explore both sides of the river. The condo is fully equipped and also includes access to all the amenities and services of the adjacent Beachway Resort hotel. We actually worked remotely from the condo each day and then headed out for the day - wifi and seating was perfect for working remote, though perhaps only 1 zoom call at a time unless you can take one from the bedroom. The resort staff were excellent, but Kim's welcoming, proactive and responsive communication made us feel safe and right at home. We highly recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to returning soon!

The condo was so comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen and many thoughtful touches that included toiletry items in case you forgot your own, cozy throws, good lighting throughout and comfortable seating. The location was convenient to Douglas and downtown Saugatuck, and it was easy to hop on the highway to go to the Holland area or go apple picking at Crane's Orchard, which we enjoyed. We also appreciated the Welcome information book, and the local brochures for hiking, art galleries, etc. Matt's condo was a great find!

We stayed over a week and it was very nice and peaceful. The condo was very clean and extremely cozy, felt like a home. The view off the balcony is great and Brad is an excellent host, always quick to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to South Haven and found Ken's condo the perfect spot for a small family reunion. We found the condo very clean and a fine fit for our needs. Ken was just an excellent host, very accommodating and prompt in responding to any and all questions. We were glad we stayed in this condo and would surely consider it again on a subsequent visit to the area.

We LOVE Saugatuck but always have used a hotel chain. We decided to utilize Airbnb this time and will never go back to hotels! Beautiful home and beautiful surroundings! Home was clean and well stocked!

Nice spot to stay at. Wish the bed and pillows were comfier but I could have brought my own pillow.
