We were in town for my daughter's graduation and this was the perfect spot for our family of 4 while visiting her. Susan was friendly, very responsive and the unit was immaculate. A nice space with lots of natural light, even while it was grey and rainy outside. We'll be back.

Great spot for solo traveler or traveling duo! Convenient to lots of walkable spots. Easy parking. This place really isn’t for the tall of stature, but that’s spelled out fairly clearly in the listing. Very cozy!

This place was the perfect home base for my family during our trip to Portland! We felt right at home, and Haley & Diane were incredibly kind and responsive when we had questions. We loved exploring Evergreen Cemetery right across the street, and it’s a quick 8 minute drive to downtown. We hope to stay here again during our next visit to Portland!

Clean place, responsive host, and easy to get around the city. The listing is exactly as shown and on the top of the building - just to keep in mind. The kitchen was well stocked and the nook area for the couch is adjacent. Not tons of space outside of the bedrooms. it was a bit warmer when we were here and the bedrooms did get warm as the AC unit is only in the kitchen.

Great place to stay! And Nathan went above and beyond when our little one was under the weather during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great location and space! Even better than the pictures! LOVE, LOVE the outdoor garden area. Thoughtful and plentiful amenities. Loved walking to the nearby Second Rodeo Coffee Shop for coffee/chai/breakfast sandwich. Scratch Baking Co. only a mile walk down the road too! Had everything we could have asked for and more. Would stay again for sure.

We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

The Ocean Breeze in Belfast is a beautiful place. We stayed in the basement apartment. It is spacious and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The price per night is no joke..its a great price and William is a great host. The upstairs is rented and you can hear footsteps, however its not bad . Watching the sunrise from the beach this morning was amazing. I highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat or romantic getaway.

Nice place to stay. Nice kitchen well equipped with pots and pans and everything you need for preparing meals. Nice and clean. Would stay here again if in the area.

We had a great time! The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog, and a great location just 15 minutes to the downtown area!

My stay was very comfortable. The property was well kept and updated. The beds and furniture were were in perfect condition. Both the house and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would visit again!

The home was very welcoming and accommodating for our family of 5. The views were spectacular at sunrise, sunset and during the snowstorm. Bald Eagles and hawks would land in the trees right in front of the house. Also, there was a skating pond down the street my family love to visit almost each evening. There was an alarm going off as soon as we arrived, Debbi was incredibly fast responding and sending someone to check it out clear it up. On the plus someone came and plowed the driveway after the snowstorm it was great. She left a basket of local food and my family ate it up. We are so thankful for our relaxing week and would love to return.

We loved our stay. The apartment was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. It had everything you need to cook meals and having the washer and dryer was a bonus especially when hiking. There was even laundry detergent. I would definitely stay here again. It was about 30 minutes to Acadia National Park. Bar Harbor had so many restaurants and shops. Loved the coffee shop Flexit Cafe in Ellsworth. Amazing breakfast sandwiches.

The house and views are excellent, you can sit on the back deck or outside area and just gaze out at the view, see Bald Eagles fly over every day, even saw one grab a fish from the water. Very clean and well appointed with the essentials like detergents for laundry and dishwasher, garbage bags, slat, pepper and other cooking basics, foil and cling wrap, beach chairs. Overall I can say it is a very nice house, very clean. The location is 20 - 25 minutes from Bar Harbor and maybe 20 min to Acadia. We didn't mind this at all. We ate lobster at 5 different places, if you want the absolute best Lobster rolls go to the Travilin Lobster, there is one in Trenton and one in Bar Harbor, by far the best lobster roll. Oh, and probably as important as the house being very clean, the beds were very comfortable.

What a great location for a quiet stay in Portland! It’s 5 minutes by car to the Old Port and easily walkable/runnable to the Back Cove Trail and even to downtown Portland itself. The condo is lovely and just as described. My family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 3 and 7) was very comfortable during our 3-night stay. Lastly, Colin was responsive and a great host.

We had the most wonderful time at Pat's place! The cottage is everything you could hope for for a cozy weekend getaway spot - comforting wood smell, slanted ceiling, skylights, and a lofted bed. The place was impeccably clean with beautiful appliances. The bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in! Thank you for having us and we would definitely come back!

Lovely, clean apartment with a terrific location! We highly recommend and hope to return soon--maybe even for Pumpkinfest again next year. Thank you especially for the extra blankets, that was such a kind gesture.

Large and spacious condo with plenty of parking and in a great area well off the main road. Very clean and had everything we needed, even laundry detergent! Would definitely stay again, 10/10 would recommend.

What a wonderful place in a lovely neighborhood. The condo exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful in person. We had a comfortable, happy stay with our small children. Scratch Bakery and an ice cream parlor are right across the street! And the book collection was great. Highly recommend!

This stay was perfect for our group of 5! The place was clean, spacious, and easy to find. Instructions were very clear and the host was very proactive with communications and anticipating any questions we may have so we didn't really need to ask for anything during the stay. I'd stay again!

First time coming down to maine. Right in the center of everything. 10-20 minute drives (not bad). We ate at Pine Point Grille the first night and it was amazing. Second, we tried Dunstan’s Tap and Table. Had to wait 30 minutes, but was worth it. Great area, felt very homey. I would come back.

It was a perfect sunny weekend where we spent most of our weekend on Munjoy hill enjoying the restaurants and shops! We walked everywhere and enjoyed the peace and views at Jeffreys place. We were upset we could not extend our stay and take advantage of the late check out that Maggie offered! Easy in and out of the condo! One of our favorite stays in our favorite part of Portland!
