A king and queen bed with memory foam mattress ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. In the morning, stroll to our private dock and catch a brilliant sunrise as dolphins swim by in search of their morning meal. Half duplex, and fully equipped with kitchen and cooking basics. Both halves can be rented together upon request.

2 bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattress and a fold out couch in the living room. 3 smart TVs and high speed internet are included. The Cozy cottage is located in Historic Cocoa Village, walking distance to local restaurants & bars, shopping & seasonal art shows. The local river front park offers a playground, boardwalk, a pavilion, areas for fishing, bicycling, sightseeing, kayak (2) & boat launching. There is an amphitheater & we are a short 15 minute drive to wonderful Cocoa Beach & The Brevard Zoo. Disney and all the other local attractions are also minutes away with a 30 minute drive to the airport.

Charming Cocoa Village Hideaway

Respectful guests come enjoy our beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of historic Cocoa Village. Our upper level studio apartment has been freshly painted and tastefully decorated with a coastal theme. We added a privacy wall between the living space and the queen bed, that gives a sense of multiple rooms. The couch pulls out to an additional queen bed. The apartment has a beautiful, privacy fenced courtyard and pool that is shared with the guests in the main house.
