Plašs un gaišs 100m2 studio tipa apartaments ar senatnes elpu un mūsdienu ērtībām, kur no viesiem logiem paveras skats uz Baltijas jūru. Ar plašu, labiekārtotu balkonu, atsevišķu ieeju un ja nepieciešams papildus iestabu. Piemērots 2-4 personām, bet nav piemērots ar bērniem vai dzīvniekiem, jo stāvas kāpnes un balkons. Par papildus maksu var uzturēties vēl 2 personas(līdz 6 personām tātad kopā) papildus istabā.
