A large pond in front offers amazing birdlife, and there's only one house in sight. Safe parking is available 50 meters away. Perfect for up to two adults and pet-friendly. Features a firewood stove, hot water facilities, and an ecological dry toilet. Less than 10 minutes from Arusha-Moshi road and 30 minutes from the KIA airport.

Amora villa is a uniquely cozy home located in the lush suburbs of Arusha. A gorgeous 2 bedroom self contained garden cottage located in the corner of our 28 acre property situated in a Golf and Wildlife gated estate. 30 min from Kilimanjaro Airport & 45 from Arusha Town. Stunning, peaceful & secure location from which to unwind. Walk amongst wildlife & natural fauna, incredible birdlife as well as resident bushbabies which come for feeding each evening, watch polo or play a round of golf. Spectacular views of both Mt Kilimanjaro and Mt Meru from the property.

Garden House Central Arusha

A lovely, detached garden house in a large, leafy garden, located 1 km from the Arusha Clock Tower. There is shared access to the kitchen in the main house. If you are looking to have more space we have three large rooms in the main house, two with king sized beds. Check out Lovely Bungalow, Two Adjoining Rooms, Spacious Private Room - Central Arusha. This place is 20 minutes to the city center by car and 15 minutes from Arusha Airport.
