Our home has a spacious and modern design. There are three bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight people. Nice restaurants and bars are located nearby, but guests are more than welcome to use our full kitchen if they want to cook a homemade meal. The dinning room has space for up to eight guests. The open living room is great for relaxing and watching tv. The home receives a good amount of natural light because most rooms have large windows to let in that California Sun.
The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and all large kitchen appliances are smudge-free stainless steel. Yes smudge-free appliances will keep the appliance surface looking clean all the time. Your finger marks will not stand out after touching the appliance surfaces. The kitchen comes with clean lines and bright lights for cooking. We have stocked the kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle for making tea. Many tea drinkers do not like pouring hot water from a coffee maker to make tea. No one likes coffee flavored tea. The kitchen sink comes with a powerful waste disposal unit. And it is quiet.
The home is packed with enabling technology. We do not provide keys to the home. That's so last century. We will issue you a code to enter through the front door. You can share the code with all the members of your traveling group. Yes, a digital code is a lot easier to share than physical keys. For the uber techies, you can set up your phones so the door unlocks as you walk up to the front door. However, we do not provide support for the setup since most people are not tech savvy. The heating and cooling is managed with a Nest thermometer which provides a daily weather report and shuts down the heating and cooling when it detects the home is vacant hence saving valuable energy.
We have 200 Mbps Internet bandwidth ingress into the building. We will be upgrading to a few Gbps as soon as the provider brings it to our doorstep. The gigabit fiber fiber is already in place on the poles at the back of the building. We have installed 2 access points in the home which are enterprise grade. The enterprise grade devices are far more reliable and capable of handling the higher bandwidth demands of today. Each access point is capable of delivering 100 Mbps to each of your mobile devices. We have plenty of raw bandwidth for multiple devices for watching movies and streaming music. We also provide LAN ports for if you need the full 200 Mbps for your work related downloads. However, we do block torrent downloads.
The center of entertainment is the 65 inch TV. It is fully 4K capable. We provide all the major channels available to us including premium channels such HBO, STARZ, Showtime, Cinemax, and Movie Channel. And if that is not enough, we also provide Netflix and Amazon Video for your viewing pleasure. We also carry the PAC 12 games and other sports channels such as NBC Sports Network, FS1, BEIN Sports plus many more. The tv remote is voice-controlled. Instead of remembering the channel lineup, you speak the channel name you wish to watch into the TV remote.
We are close to many highly rated restaurants with cuisines featuring burgers, including the California sensation In-n-Out Burger, Chinese, Indian, Sushi, Asian Noodles, Mexican, Thai, Spanish Tapas, Salads, various forms of Mediterranean, Italian, and many more.
There are plentiful social gathering places with a local brewery, bars with multiple brews on tap, Irish pubs, and even a bar that serves a variety of German beers. They all tend to attract a lot of clientele and they are usually packed with young, bright Silicon Valley types. Great places to meet local or just to socialize with your own group.
We are close to Total Wine store which serves a very large selection of Napa, US and International wines, spirits and beer. They will deliver to the home as well. If you are a beer enthusiast, you should visit Jane's Beer Store located on Villa Street just off Castro. We are located walking distance to the Safeway grocery store. They are open all hours except between 1 am and 5 am. This is a well stocked Safeway. A lot of Silicon Valley types shop here. Since we provide a coffee maker and filters, you may want to pick up freshly ground coffee from Safeway. They carry many popular brands of whole coffee beans including Starbucks and local favorite Peet's. The Safeway also hosts a full service Starbucks for your early morning jolt before heading off to the first morning meeting.

We are regular travelers. Our recent trips were to Italy, UK, Mexico and Southern California. We enjoy meeting local people to learn about their customs and food they like.
On our recent trip to Italy, we are pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed the 2000 Vin Santo di Montepulciano from the Avignonesi winery in Montepulciano, Tuscany. There is only one word to describe this wine - Heavenly.
