We want to share our love of the mountains with you! Welcome to our newly-constructed stunning three-bedroom penthouse suite with jaw-dropping views from your private six-person hot tub.
Two Story Penthouse loft with 1722 sq. ft. of living space inside and a large deck with outdoor living space and 6-person hot tub.
The suite boasts a spacious upstairs master bedroom with walk-in closet, large bathroom and King sized bed. The main floor bedroom comes with a split king bed while the den offers a very comfortable Queen Murphy wall bed. The main floor also features a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a large living room and dining area. The Suite offers a private rooftop patio complete with a six-person hot tub as well as a balcony on the main floor equipped with a barbeque. We offer guests free WiFi as well as access to the heated indoor swimming pool, waterslide and Habitat Restaurant & Bar located on the main floor of the building. The suite comes with two secured parking spaces in the heated underground parkade, in-suite laundry, TVs, private barbecues and comfortable patio furniture on both the main floor balconies and rooftop patios. Please note that we do not allow pets and the suite is a smoke-free environment.

Guests have full access to all parts of the home.
Please note that this property is not wheelchair accessible and guest will need to use stairs once inside the suite. There is an elevator adjacent to the underground heated parking spots so getting luggage to the room is easy. It's just that the suite itself has stairs.
Don't forget to check out the indoor/outdoor pool, water slide, and children's pool/fountains on the main floor (especially if you travel with children).
Guests also have access to a shared gym (small but well equipped) on the second floor.

We will have someone meet you at check in and they will be available throughout your stay to assist. If for some reason, they are not available, you can reach us on cell anytime at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). We are building a book of recommended activities and restaurants. That will be available in the suite, but the building also has front desk staff that are very helpful if you need more information.
We're not big fans of the term "House Rules" - we want everyone to have a great time and enjoy themselves. Still, here are some requests from us to help make your stay more enjoyable and also to protect our suite...
- Please remove shoes while in the home.- No pets, please. Bill has a very bad allergy to cats and dogs.- Please no smoking except for on the patios.- The building has a quiet time of 10 PM. Please abide by that.
Hot tub: Please do not bring glassware into the tub. There are plastic glasses available in bar.- Please keep the lid on the tub at all times when not in use. Otherwise, the tub will lose its heat and may not be warm enough for bathing.
On Checkout:Please note that checkout time is before 11:00 AM. There is no need to formally checkout, just leave your keys on the kitchen counter and please either call or text ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) to let them know the suite is available for cleaning.Dishwasher – Please ensure that you load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on prior to your departure; your assistance is greatly appreciated. Please also wash and dry other larger pots if you used them during your stay.Towels – Please gather up your used towels and leave them on the floor in either (URL HIDDEN) – please gather up any recycling and leave it in the bin in the storage room under the stairs.
If you are rushed and unable to leave the unit tidy - no problem, our cleaning staff will do it for you, but they will need to charge an additional cleaning fee per extra hour of effort.
