Perfect for a couple, this private, self-contained studio is surrounded by mountains. On the way to Coronet Peak & walk to Onsen Hot Pools & Shotover Jet. 10 min drive into Queenstown & 15 kms to Arrowtown or airport. Enjoy the private deck & garden.
Perfect studio for a couple, this private, self-contained studio is surrounded by majestic mountains and tree covered hills. It's on the way to Coronet Peak Skifield, and you can walk to the world famous Shotover Jet.
Enjoy sun drenched days on your own private deck and garden with a BBQ, or take your skis and enjoy the day in the snow. There is a kitchenette with convection microwave (no stove) and fridge to keep you fed and a washing machine and drier to keep your gear clean and dry. One comfy queen bed will send you off to sleep at the end of the day.
With Queenstown being the adventure capital of New Zealand you will never run out of things to do.
The best way to get around is by car as the best places to visit are out of town. But yoy can also catch the Snowline Express to Coronet Peak running every 20 minutes from 8am to midday from the bus stop right outside the studio, or cross the road and catch the local bus into Queenstown - the schedule is currently a bit haphazard though.
Other nearby attractions include the Onsen indoor/outdoor Hot Pools and the Nugget Point Spa. Only a ten minute drive from the centre of town and 15kms from Queenstown's International Airport and historic Arrowtown.
Comfortable all in one space - except the bathroom of course.
Beautifully appointed (or so we have been told).
Key pad entry so arrive and depart when you want. The code for the door, and other information for your arrival and stay with us, will be supplied by AirBnB on confirmation of booking.
We can meet you at arrival or after 5:30 depending on the day. Otherwise we can help when needed or you don't have to see us at all.
Accès des voyageurs
The studio is self-contained with access to its own private garden with a BBQ. There is no access to the main house.
We have noticed that some people miss that cooking is limited - convection microwave and an outside BBQ.
Hiring a car is the best way to get around. Some of the best features of the area are away from town.
We would request our guests to keep the studio neat and tidy.
See the House Manual after booking for more information for your stay.
We are happy to meet with you when you arrive, and we are contactable (through the AirBnB app is best) if there are any problems or if you have any questions at any time - if we are not at home we will not be far away.
We are a couple living in the greatest part of the world - Queenstown.
And we don't say that lightly. Between the two of us we have travelled through Europe, Scandinavia, the US, Canada and most recently Japan. We are originally from Australia and have experienced almost everything it has to offer, only the northern coastline eludes us.
On top of our wish list is Antartica, with South America on the same trip.
But our favourite place is Queenstown - and we live here. It doesn't get much better than that.
