You will have the privacy of your own studio, and the community of Fraser that is welcoming to all. The front lobby is 420 friendly and smoke friendly. Close to LCBO, grocery store, the TTC, GO Train, Lakeshore bike path/lake, restaurants & bars.

This unit is a cozy nook with a couple quirks. Firstly, there is a shower. It's just outside of the unit, to the left, through the door reading 'Keep Out'. This is solely yours. I'll leave a robe for you:)
There are two hot plates. The round one is an induction plate (heats up pan immediately to wanted temperature), so only certain pots/pans work. If it doesn't work (reads E2) just try a different pot/plate. The other hot plate works as a regular stove top would.
You will be directly next to the laundry room. It cost $1.25 for each the washer and dryer.

Travellers will have access to the whole apartment and all amenities.

When you stay here, you can keep to yourself or say hi. Neighbours are friendly and helpful:)

This is a prime location because you are close to plenty of different neighbourhoods.
Liberty Village (your location) - Has a LCBO, Metro (grocery store), many restaurants and bars, coffee shops.
Parkdale - There's a sweet bar called Pharmacy on King street. Dark, great beers and bourbon. Definitely one of my favs. And you're a short walk or bus away from Queen West. The Parkdale side of QW has a lot of rad bars/restaurants/vintage stores/vintage furniture stores.
Roncesvalles - is one of kind! Lots of vintages shops, traditional Polish roots mixed with a young hip community. Basically, if you walk west on Queen from Dufferin Street, you will go through Parkdale and end up in Roncesvalles.
Queen West - If you head east on Queen from Dufferin Street, you'll find more restaurants/bars and lots of shopping. Great boutiques!

If you walk directly up (North) Fraser to King there is a TTC (the streetcar) stop.
If you go north on Fraser to Liberty Street then travel east and go South on Atlantic there is the Exhibition stop for the GO Train.

No party hosting.
