À propos de ce logement
In my opinion, the condo is definitely one if the nicest in West End. It is located right on the water in West End. It is not beach front, but located on a small inlet bay called Mangrove Bite. It has a dock, pool, and sunbathing deck.
This ground floor unit has 1600 square feet of indoor living area plus a 200 square foot balcony with a BBQ, table and chairs, and lounge chairs. It has 2 bedrooms with King Beds and a 3rd bedroom with a Queen Bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and glass doors that open onto the balcony. The second bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is great for cooking and is fully equipped. There is a large dining table and breakfast bar and the living room has an L shaped sofa. There are flat screen TVs in the two main bedrooms and the living room. There is a washer and dryer in the condo as well. I actually live in the condo next to this one; I am literally about 20 feet away. So that is a fairly good recommendation. It is a great area, very quiet, and safe.

We also provide a complementary concierge service for all of our customers. We can help you arrange tours, car rentals, diving, etc. I have been diving here for over 12 years and can recommend a dive shop that suits your needs.
Rates do not include electricity. Instead of charging fees for laundry, A/C , and so forth, it is easier and fairer to charge to for electricity instead. We found that including electricity in the price made people want to get their money's worth by leaving the A/Cs constantly on at full blast and every light in the place on. Not only is it eco unfriendly, it meant we had to tack on an extra $500 / week to the rental rate. We read the meter at check-in and check-out and use the previous month's bill to determine the rate.
Honestly, it can be quite cool here at night that time of year (around 76F) and most people do not even use the AC's. We have a fantastic year round breeze that comes straight through the condo if you leave the windows open. The master bedroom opens onto the balcony so you can leave the sliding glass door open and get a nice ocean breeze. The other bedrooms have screened windows that can also be left open. You might not even need A/C.
If you are energy aware (use the AC only at night, put your towels on the clothes line to dry instead of in the dryer, and turn off lights when not in use) I would say the electricity will be around $10 - $20/ day.
If you don’t use the AC, you most likely won’t go over the allowance. The last group that rented the condo kept the AC on every evening through till the morning and some afternoons and they paid $120 for electricity in one week. The two groups before them didn’t go over their allowance and didn’t have to pay anything. So that should give you some idea of what to expect.
be respectful of the neighbors: no loud noise after 10 pm, no crazy parties, etc.
