Stay in an historic stable block within the grounds of a family-owned organic estate and immerse yourself in the Hampshire countryside. Just ten minutes from Stonehenge; a stunning and private farmstay with spectacular views, numerous activities, friendly hosts and delicious breakfast provided!

Le logement

The Coach house is a self contained 'two-up two-down' within a Grade II listed Victorian stable block quad. The flat boasts a tranquil setting with views across the surrounding farmland. With original features throughout, there is a bathroom and small kitchen downstairs, one double room upstairs and a small additional room upstairs with a large (adult friendly) bunk bed.

The kitchen is well kitted out, with cooker, fridge (where you will find your breakfast, including bacon and eggs to cook yourself) and microwave.

Please note that this is a very old building with plenty of character - the space may not suit groups that are looking for all the 'mod-cons'. The second bedroom is also small.

This is a self-contained flat. We try to be around to meet and greet guests upon arrival, however this is not always possible as we both work full-time. There is a code lock on the front door and guests are welcome to 'check themselves in' if arrival is outside the stated times.

You are also free to roam the grounds and come and say hello to us in the main house!

The second bedroom is small.
The property is located within an organic estate - the birds, bugs and bees are a part of life here on the farm, and they do occasionally find their way into the house!
The plumbing in the coach house dates from when it was built - to operate the shower, turn on the hot tap and allow time for it to come through hot. Once running hot, add in the cold incrementally until the temperature is as you like it. This is a delicate procedure!

We are a working farm so please keep your dogs and children supervised! Please do not allow dogs upstairs in the house. We do not provide a dog bed.

Please state the exact number of human beings that will be sleeping in a bed when you make the booking! We do not charge for children under 18months that will be staying in a travel cot; however it helps if you let us know if there will be small children in your group.

We loved our stay at this beautiful farm house! We looked out the window to see a baby foal and it was fun to wander around the grounds and see peacocks, cows, and chickens! The breakfast was yummy and the hosts very kind and down to Earth. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this location! It was great to get out of the city and stay close to Stonehenge. Thank you, Susie and Rory for a wonderful experience!

We (3) stayed at Susannah's as it was a good half way point between Devon and London. Also near Stonehenge. We had a nice stay enjoyed the country and surroundings. There was no living space (lounge area) and tv in the master bedroom. A great breakfast was supplied that met all our needs.

Lovely quaint apartment out in the countryside near Salisbury & Stonehenge. Susan was very nice & accommodating & the place itself was quiet & serene.

This place is serene beyond description. Peacocks, infant horses and acres of greenery and gravel roads. This is the real England and we were so thrilled to stay here. There's a great farm shop walking distance from the accommodation. And as the hosts will tell you, The Malet Arms pub is not to be missed.

Excellent spot, view on fields, horses and peacock. And this close to the main route from outer London to Cornwall, and around 15 min from Stonehenge. Recommendable!
