Breath taking close up view of Mt. Currie. Modern, private, custom metalwork throughout with upgraded kitchen, open concept for relaxing & living/dining area with big upper deck. Close to town (1 km) and to multi-use trails.
The private house is recently renovated this year with brand new appliances, flooring, paint, furniture & bathrooms. Both bathrooms have in floor heating, great for winter! There is also a small wood burning fireplace in the downstairs living room for cozy winter nights. The property is a 10 acre hobby farm with chickens, cows, honeybees & perennial gardens throughout. There's lots of room to park your cars, trucks, trailers, sleds etc. If you'd like to check out the animals or gardens, we'd love to give you a tour, just let us know! Please keep in mind, there are certain times of the year that can be muddier than others. Also there can be mosquitoes, flies, wasps etc. It's really up to Mother Nature to dictate these things & we have no control of them... it's the joy of organic living!
We also have a metal fabrication shop on the property, there are lots of metal "touches" in the house! Just keep this in mind, as well as farming activities & garden maintenance.

Born in Vancouver, moved to Whistler in 1998, then Pemberton in 2003. My husband has a metal fabrication shop on our 10 acre property. We have a small hobby farm with chickens, bees & cows. We enjoy growing our own food & many outdoor activities that are easily accessible & surround us.
