You will love the open concept Living Room! The floor-plan is a great use of space for relaxing and watching the wall mounted 50" TV on the sofa bed couch, dining in the dining area on a modern Tulip table, or cooking in the feature and appliance complete kitchen.
The bedroom features a queen bed with comfortable sheets and pillow set, and has a nice window for natural light and a wall mirror on the other side. There are two bed side tables with lamps that are great for night time reading. There is a large walk in closet that is a great space for storing luggage, and also has hangers for hanging clothes, iron and ironing board, and cleaning equipment.
The bathroom is nicely finished out with tile floors, and granite tile vanity counter tops and features a shower/tub combo, toilet and sink.
The entire unit has no carpet and is floored with a great wood grain laminate or tile. This unit is on the second floor and close to the parking lot and street so its very easy to get in and out of. Guests get one reserved parking spot and there is also parking available on the street. Have a great night's sleep with a comfortable mattress!

This unit is professionally cleaned after each guest checks out! If other listings are not charging a cleaning fee, then they are cleaning it themselves or not at all! Our cleaning fee is worth every penny!
This is a community complex so respect the other residents in the complex. No loud noise or music after 10pm. No smoking inside the unit.
THE COMPLEX PARKING LOT HAS ASSIGNED PARKING. IF YOU DON'T PARK IN THE ASSIGNED SPOTS A RESIDENT MAY YELL AT YOU, WILL COMPLAIN TO ME, AND YOU MAY BE TOWED!
Guests can park one car in my assigned spot, and additional cars can be parked on the street. From the road looking at the complex, my reserved parking spot is on the right row and the spot second closest to the condo complex.
Coffee and Coffee filters are not provided. Guests are welcome to buy coffee and filters and use the coffee machine. There may be leftovers from previous guests, but I do not provide coffee or filters.
At check-out we ask guests to do a basic clean, run the dishwasher, put used sheets and towels out so the cleaning service knows to launder them, and take out the trash to the dumpster in the parking lot.
Check in is at 4pm and Check Out is at 12pm.
