I am happy to have a chat or give you privacy, as you prefer. I am in and out of the house and am available by phone.
I live on a small city lot, in close proximity to neighbors and businesses. I have wonderful neighbors on either side of me and a small neighborhood park across the street. There is also a daycare across the street with kids romping outdoors at various times until six pm.

I am an artist and educator. I work variable hours and have an off-site studio space, so you would typically have the house to yourself part of your visit.
A Seattle native, have also lived in Hawaii, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait. I travel when I can and I appreciate the wonderful, frustrating, amazing, unsettling, fabulous nature of travel. My most memorable trips have been those where I stayed in people's homes rather than hotels. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world and sharing this lovely region with them.
