A well appointed flat in the heart of central Hove. Only a short walk to the beach and the night life of central Brighton is a short bus ride away or a 30 min walk. Very close to many lovely restaurants the area has to offer.

The flat is a full time holiday apartment and so no one lives there in between guests. The flat is well appointed and good quality bed linen and towels are provided. The double bed has a king size duvet which is a pop together summer/winter duvet. If you find it too hot/cold, simply remove/add one half of the duvet to suit your requirements. The 'click clack' sofa bed also has high quality bedding which can be stored in the wooden chest during the day. Please note the breakfast bar is only for 2 people, if you require a table for 4 people please let me know.
Gas central heating is controlled by a wall thermostat adjacent to the boiler cupboard in the kitchen area and in addition the radiators have thermostatic radiator valves to individually control the heat to each room. There is a door from the breakfast bar area to a small front garden area which can be used for smoking or a quiet drink. Please do not use this area after 11 at night.

The property is lower ground floor with 10 steps down from street level. It does have its own front door and all areas of the flat are available to guests. There is a door from the kitchen area to a small seating area that can be used for a quiet smoke or drink but is not a social area.

Either myself or my property manager will be available to greet guests on check in and run through where everything is and what is available. I live above the property in Flat 4 (main front door) and so will be on hand if guests have any questions. I will be happy to recommend local restaurants and give advice when needed.

Central Hove has much to offer with many restaurants and bars within walking distance of the property. My favourites are Azaro which is on Church Road and serves good quality Indian food. Barcode is also on Church Road and has a varied menu from pizza and pasta to steaks and burgers. The Giggling Squid is the local Thai and for Chinese food lovers there is Hins. If a traditional local pub is what you are after then The Albion on Church Road is a couple of minutes walk from the property. Finally another recommendation is Hove Place in First Avenue which has a lovely pet friendly garden and serves food.
The area is a shoppers delight with shops all the way along Church Road and on into Western Road which leads you to Churchill Square which is the main shopping centre in Brighton city centre. Churchill Square is a 30 minute walk or a short bus ride. Brighton also has the famous north and south Lanes full of independent retailers.
My favourite restaurants in Brighton are Food for Friends and Terre a Terre - these are both vegetarian (which I am not) and the food is amazing.

Once you are here there are many destinations around the area that can be reached by bus and stops on Church Road and Blatchington Road are only a few minutes walk away. The local taxis are also very good value and can be called on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). There is also a taxi rank outside Hove town hall which is two blocks along.

This is a pet friendly flat and so small well behaved dogs are welcome. There is a very small outside area accessible from the breakfast bar area.
We offer visitor parking permits for £4 each (when in stock). Each permit lasts for the day of issue and can be used in all zone N parking bays (large area around property). For detailed parking information please see the location section.

A professional landlord with several years experience. This is my first venture into short term holiday lets. I live above the property and so am available if my guests have any questions. I will personally greet guests on check in and then give them their privacy.
