We are less than 1/4 mile to Difficult Campground, top of our driveway connects to East Aspen Trail or why not just road bike up to Independence Pass! (the river beckons you step right in from the backyard, tubing, paddle board...)

Guest share a bathroom, double sink, good water pressure in spacious shower. Bedroom has own TV, Queen Bed. Workout area for yoga, Pilates reformer, Bosu Balance Ball. Large kitchen with breakfast area. Deck is perfect for cocktails &/or grilling.

Expect interaction particularly because of dogs. We are up by 6:30am no later than 8. Expect quiet in main areas by 11pm.
We have two very friendly dogs, BUT they both shed. Are "fur-minuted" (deep brushed) regularly. If you have pet allergies this isn't going to work for you.
House rules involve no smoking, no parties without prior agreement including number of guests and activities.
