We did miss the clean. They were installing new windows in the unit next to her which is an identical unit.,I told my cleaning lady she was going into 5602 and not 5603. We missed it. Yes we did.
We apologized....Numerous times....
I answered the first call from our guest right away and I had my cleaning lady down there in 10 minutes to start cleaning the unit...
The guest told my cleaning lady while she was there that "she did not have to talk to her", when my cleaning lady (Jane) asked her a question.
Our guest stood there and glared at Jane as she cleaned the unit. (most people would have gone out and let the person clean the unit) and she told Jane she did not want her to clean the entire unit.
She mentioned she should get a refund.....
She said we had tried to deceive her by passing off dirty bed linens that had hairs on them as clean ones. I told her, no we missed the entire clean, she is going to do it now.
After that there was no coming back...EVERYTHING was bad.
I have been renting condos out for 13 years, sometimes there is no coming back from a bad start no matter how many times you apologize etc, or how quick your response is to fix a mistake.
ALL of her other comments are ALREADY covered in my listing. The wall bunks appropriateness, the very tight for 6, EVERYTHING else she mentioned.
I will let the other multiple excellent reviews speak as to the overall happiness that people have when staying in that unit.

Yes we made a mistake. We corrected it within 10 minutes. A person should not be virtually slandered for a mistake that we corrected when no refund was offered.
