It is a very large space with plenty of room for a large family or two families or couples.

Guests will have full access to the condo and hot tub common area. The only exception is owner does not permit access to 2 lock out closets. Plenty of other closet space remains available for guest use.

The condo is an easy walk to the lifts and an easy walk to town.
Free Park City Shuttle available 1/2 block from condo. Shuttle will take you to other Park City Ski Resorts or to town.

Underground parking allows for warm and dry loading and unloading.
Mandatory Utah State Tax will be charged separately and must be delivered to owner by mail within 1 week of booking.

Please follow all check in/out procedures (e-mailed to you upon booking or upon request).
Please remove all ski and snowboarding boots at the front door. Please do not enter carpeted areas, including bedrooms with skis, poles, ski/snowboarding boots or any other wet shoes. Please do not lean skis or boards on walls.
Please remove all wet jackets in the front entry hall. Please do not sit on furniture or carpeted areas in wet clothing.
All ski and snowboarding equipment should be stored only in the front entry hall ski holder and/or in the closet (where washer and dryer are located). This closet was designed for such equipment storage.
No storage of trash or personal belongings outside the condo front door or in the parking garage.
Follow the thermostat directions (on thermostat) and lower the temp to 58 degrees. Then leave the front tub dripping slowly. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE TUB FAUCET IS DRIPPING SO AS TO PREVENT PIPES FROM FREEZING.
Utility Use: Please turn off all lights and the heat when you are not in the condo, just as you would in your own home. This will not only help us to keep our rental rates low, but it helps to conserve energy (“Think Green”).
Condo Supplies: We do provide you with your first roll of toilet paper (in each bathroom) and a roll of paper toweling, however you will need to plan on visiting the grocery store to stock up on additional supplies for your visit. We do not guarantee that there will be laundry soap or dish soap in the condo, however there often is some left by the prior tenant.
Turn knob on Tub/Steamer units in the proper direction ONLY. Set and allow it to run the time you set it to. The water must be 2 inches above the jets in the tub.
Please do not disturb owner’s lock-out closet space.
No illegal activities on the premises.
This is a NO SMOKING unit. No smoking inside the condo or on the back deck of the condo.
Hot Tub: We have also been told by the HOA that there is no smoking and no glass permitted in the hot tub area. All cigarettes smoked outside on the condominium premises must be completely extinguished and placed in the trash cans.
No loud parties. Please respect the rights of neighbors living near the Premises. Tenants are responsible for the conduct of their invitees and guests.
No pets, no exceptions.
Please take trash to the dumpster located in the parking garage near the exit of the garage.
Please enjoy the fireplace but do so safely. Please do not burn inappropriate materials in the fireplace or use fuels or other fluids as accelerants. Please do not try to burn too much at one time and make sure safety devices are in place when using the fireplace. Make sure the flu is open prior to starting. Please also close the screen so that sparks do not land on carpeted area. Tenant provides own wood.
Please contact owner immediately if there are any problems with appliances, heating or any equipment provided with the ski home.
If something breaks, or something is damaged for any reason please let the owners know. We want to be able to take action immediately to replace broken or damaged items so that you can continue to enjoy your stay and those who follow you have a good experience.
