First, I appreciate your honest feedback and do apologize for the lack of cleanliness which I would expect in my accommodations as well. I take full responsibility for not being present in the transition of the property from the closing in July to your arrival in September.
Having said that, the property had been vacant for several months and the housekeeper and gardener were used to being "unsupervised", if you understand my meaning. They have since quit since your visit because my standards of quality and theirs did not mesh.
I am currently here for the month of October. I just purchased new towels for both the villa and casita and am looking for high quality bed linens. I may have to return to the states for these or make my way to Guadalajara.
Finally, I am working with the new staff to ensure a superior quality of cleanliness and upkeep for future guests... and hopefully you too.
