Thanks for your nice review.
However , i would like to make clear for future guests about certain things you claim :
- Fresh high quality 100% cotton bed linen is provided . As your stay was only a 5 nights stay , i provided 1 set of bed linen for each bed and 2 sets of towels for each guest. For stays of 7 nights or longer , i provide 2 sets of bed linen for each bed. But you have to take in mind that you are renting a private appartment , so you cannot expect to have " Hotel services " like replacing bed linen every 1 or 3 nights . That is why the Attic has a washing machine and drier so guests are able to do laundry during their stay in case they needed to do it.
- About doing a late "check out " , as it is described in my add , i am very flexible depending on availability. You already knew there were new guests doing "check in" in the Attic the same day you were leaving.That is why i could not let you do a late "check out". Take in mind that before every "check in" , a complete professional cleaning and maintenance work is done in the Attic . You could confirm that as when we met for "check out ", 2 maids and a maintenance man came with me to prepare the attic for the next "check in" .Besides i explained you that as during your stay there was a summer storm ( it rained "mud" ) , extra cleaning works would be required like deep cleaning of all the windows of the attic ( and you know there are many ) and all the outdoor areas ( 2 terraces and its furniture ).Besides , the maintenance man had to clean the filters of the air conditioning equipments , filter of the dishwasher and kitchen fan, gardening works , etc...Lots of "hidden maintenance " works ( besides cleaning the property ) that had to be done between a "check out " and the upcoming "check in" of the new guests in a few hours.
- I DO NOT ASK FOR CLEANING FEE IN ADVANCE ,as i prefer to give the option to my guests to save that money if they clean the Attic themselves and return it "almost in the same cleaning conditions " as when they did "check in". But if for some reason ,you decide not to clean it ( because you are in a hurry or are used to have a maid at your own home) ,i would have to ask AIRBNB to retain from the damage fee 80 euros , or you could leave those 80 euros in cash by the keys , and i would not claim anything to AIRBNB. As you cleaned the Attic before your "check out ", i did not claim you any cleaning Fee . I think you were very carefull guests ( i wrote so in my review of you about guests ) , so i really hope to host again in the future.
