Usually we do not need to complain about guests as everyone is different and we are open minded but Naiara was one of our complicated and rudest guests that we have ever met. First of all, Naiara was given a contact number of the host before her arrival, a person who looks after the property and who lives on site.. Mila who was the host is a elderly woman who lived half her life in the US so her English was great but for Naiara she didn't speak any English. Naiara insisted contacting me and Maja and the host all at once texting us all at the same for the same things and me and Maja ended up contacting twice the host. After asking Naiara why doesn't she contact the host she says that the host does not reply but the host has shown us her phone and never received any calls or messages from her. When we told Naiara just to come down at reception area to talk to the host she would reply she was too tired to come and she needed someone who she can text which was rude because she ended up texting me and Maja either early in the morning or late at night for foolish things which she could have solved with just going down to see the host. Naiara kept complaining about the WiFi not working and running out of water and when we sent the host up to see her, she would confirm that the WiFi works and everything else is ok, fortunately for us the host as caught this on video so we have live proof of this. To be honest we do not understand while she spend most of her time texting us instead of enjoying her holiday. Most importantly we had other guests in other apartments staying in this property and no one complained except her.
