I am essentially an horticulturist, specialising in apple growing, as well as various other fruit; who enjoys meeting people from different cultures, curious enough to discover this beautiful part of Normandy where I reside, and share with them my enthousiasm for its rich historical past, nature, good food, good wine, the country restaurants surrounding us... and occasional music... when an inspired pianist composer drops by, to play on a grand piano I keep tuned at all times.
