WE HAVE BEEN VICTIMS OF A REDEMPTION:
During the first night of stay of the guest, we had a problem in the apartment that promptly we resolved in the same day, by intervening a specialized company that has reclaimed the environment, complete with photos and written tests sent to Airbnb where it was attested that the problem was no longer present.
We have been super-available with Tatiana since the first second who reported the problem to us. The guest after deciding not to want to stay in our apartment has decided to cancel the reservation and go to another building in Rome. At the time of early check out feeling sorry for the situation (even if it was no longer our problem because by now she had canceled the stay whit us), we gave more than €100 to help her pay the new destination she had chosen. Later we discovered that the guest had not accepted the various destinations that Airbnb proposed to them and chose to sleep in a hotel chosen even on another booking platform and with prices much higher than our price, then asked to Airbnb reimbursement for this higher price difference and rightly Airbnb denied it full refund. Whit the fact that she could do us a negative review has constantly asked us for sums of money refunded by private (and not using the Airbnb portal) writing private messages because we had to pay more money otherwise she would have had a bad review.
