This is a private room with its own TV & bathroom in a well maintained 3000 sq. ft house located in a closed beautiful community in north Fort Worth, Texas. The bedroom has a queen size bed & TV with a max occupancy of 2. If requested, an additional room can be made available in the house for additional guests. You would enjoy your privacy as this five bedroom house is occupied on most days by the owners & their beautiful dog, Korra, a Japanese Spitz, yet to meet anyone she does not adore.

The house is in the Alliance Fort Worth area which is about 20 minutes to both Dallas Fort Worth International airport and downtown Fort Worth. It is about 15 minutes from Grapevine, North Richland Hills, Southlake, Colleyville and the Texas motor speedway. It is also about 10 minutes from a mall, cinema, and major chain restaurants and more.
