This is a one bedroom condo is brand new, open, and full of light facing a green super quiet area without any disturbance from the traffic, even its located in the middle of the city. Close to MRT and BTS intersection ASOKE and the Famous Terminal 21. Located on Sukhumvit Soi 12, next to Korean Town and within 150 meters you can find Starbucks, the famous Cabbage and Condoms Restaurant, other restaurants, coffee shops, Massage places, Spa, and so on! Approx 25 KM to airport.

A specious one bedroom, 45 sq. meters of high quality customised comfort and a 24-hour building security with CCTV. Our air-conditioned 1 bedroom unit has 1 king sized bed that sleeps 2 guests in premium beddings. If you are 3 persons staying the 3rd person will get access to one extra queen size bed with premium beddings.

The unit is facing a backyard with unblocked views of sky scrapers, which make it very quiet and no disturbing traffic, even it’s located in the middle of the city!

There is also a kitchen, a private bathroom with hot and cold shower, bath tub and a big city facing balcony with unblocked sunset views!

We have a kitchen with cooking and dining utensils, appliances like microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, a refrigerator, and an electric stove.
