The complex Ocean Reserve has a heated swimming pool and Sun terrace with gazebos and lounger, tennis courts, excellent gym, business center, valet parking (for an extra charge), 24/ 7 Security, 24/7 Front desk, free assigned covered self parking, laundry room is on each floor, ATM, Vending machines are on the 1st floor. Playgrounds for kids are in the Heritage Park just in front of the building. Your children will really enjoy being there!

* type of car you want ( economic, compact, SUV, convertible, minivan
* Do you need GPS ?
* Where do you want to pick up and drop off your car? (Miami airport / sunny isles beach / Miami beach)
If you don't want to rent a car, don't worry! The bus stop just on the corner of the building!
Guests are welcome to check in FROM 3:00 PM on the day of their arrival and are expected to check out BEFORE 11:00 AM on the day of their departure.
I will do my best to accommodate any early arrivals or late departures but cannot make any guarantees as the flexibility depends upon other bookings that may have been made for the property. In case you want to guarantee your early check in you must book the night before. If you don't want to pay that night you can wait up 1-2 days before your check in date and send me an email asking about the apartment's availability for early check-in. If it is available that morning we will make the early check in for free of charge.
SPECIFIC RENTAL RULES AND DISCLAIMERS:
By accepting the " Terms and conditions" you agree to having read and accepted all of the conditions listed here within including but not limited to the following:
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment
2. Guest parties inside of the apartments are not allowed. The number of guests shall not exceed the number of guests as indicated in the initial reservation without incurring an extra charge.
3. The apartment is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any incidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Pets are NOT allowed.
7. Parking: The guest should use the assigned parking number only. Towing removal is at the guests expense if the Guest car was parked in an unauthorized place inside of the complex or the parking garage.
8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit for your stay, daily service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the apartment.
