From the moment you step inside and look out onto the stunning canal views, you will instantly feel relaxed and on holidays.

Hire or bring your boat or jet skis and tie up to a private jetty. Kayak available, otherwise BYO gear for snorkelling, fishing, crabbing, stand up paddle boarding or sit and take in the view.

The outdoor living for those beautiful summer days with an alfresco entertaining BBQ area and for those winter months you can sit in front of the gorgeous gas fireplace with a glass of red in hand whilst still enjoying the views.

The kitchen is fully stocked with saucepan/pots, platter etc that you will need to cook for the family, including coffee machine, blender, sandwich maker and more.

The master bedroom: 1 queen bed, full ensuite with stand alone bath, walk in robe and your own retreat and balcony.

Fully ducted air conditioning (Heating and cooling) with gas fire place.

Bed linen, bath mats, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels supplied.

We do NOT accept bookings for school leavers, bucks and hens nights or parties and events.

Small gathering considered upon application and full disclosure .
No smoking inside the property
Strictly no pets.

Booking person must be at least 25 years old, identification may me sought to verify this. Ages of guests may be requested by the owner for consideration of your booking request.

Number of guests must not exceed the number of your booking request. The maximum guest number is 7 unless otherwise pre arranged. Please contact me re consideration for additional guests .

The booking party acknowledges totally responsible for damages caused to the property during their group's stay.

Failure to abide by house rules such as hosting parties / holding events / illicit drug use, illegal downloads or having additional guests stay without the permission of the owner may result in immediate eviction, loss of your bond and forfeiture your rights to a full or partial refund.

We want you to enjoy your stay, however please respect our neighbours with limited noise and no loud noise after 10pm. The property is on the canal which is very visible and an open area, so any unreasonable noise/behaviour can negatively impact the neighbourhood.

No parking on neighbouring property including grassed area.

Minimum booking of 2 nights is required with the exception of long weekends, which has a 3 night minimum stay. School holidays have a minimum 5 night stay.

10% discount for stays of a week or more.

Long stay discount of 7 days or more does not apply over school holiday and peak periods.

Check in after 2 pm and check out 10 am.
Check out time may be extended by request subject to availability.
