Ta' Trejni comes with a gated secure drive in, upon entering this delightful home you are greeted with a typical Mediterranean open plan living aspect (Air Conditioned) boasting large arched windows with panoramic picturesque views across the Maltese countryside.

The living area offers leather sofa's from which to sink into and enjoy that book, some TV or simply just to take in the splendid countryside views, the dining table and chairs sit comfortably between the living and kitchen area, the kitchen comes fully equipped having a large breakfast bar.

Time to sleep... At ground floor level you find a double bedroom (Air Conditioned) with en-suite shower cubicle facility, a twin bedroom (Air Conditioned) with two single beds a further twin bedroom (Air Conditioned) with two single beds, a separate bathroom beautifully finished in marble having a shower lead over bathtub, a utility room with washing machine. First floor level is accessed via spiral stairs which shall reveal a double bedroom (Air Conditioned) with large shower cubicle en-suite facility, a separate (Air Conditioned) single bedroom with single bed.

Heating in winter months - is provided via either the means of a wood burning stove or fireplace or air conditioning unit that emits heat or electrical heat device or portable gas heater or gas central heating. Gas bottles/consumption are a chargeable extra at the prevailing cost. (applies for the winter season only) Gas for the use of oven or hob is included in the rental price.

Property will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival, fresh bed linen and towels are provided per 7 night stay. A fresh set of bed linen and towels will be left for stays over 10 nights or subsequent 7 night stays. It is expected that you leave the property in a clean and tidy order.

This is a delightful villa that is in a great location. It is situated just outside of the village of Dingli (about 5mins walk) and about 2 mins walk the other way to the top of beautiful Dingli Cliffs. We were there in February so the weather was not quite warm enough to use the pool, but we enjoyed the outdoor patio and garden immensely. The inside of the villa is beautiful with a large living/dining room/kitchen area. There are massive windows that let in a ton of natural light. The bedrooms are all well appointed and the electrical and gas allowances were more than we needed. There are both electric heaters as well as gas central heating for the off season traveler! We rented a car as it was easier for us, but the bus system is totally reliable.

This property is a little gem in a lovely setting of Malta close enough for shops and transport yet remote enough for a peaceful stay ... very close by to the famous Dingli cliffs and The Cliff Restaurent (which I also recomend) ... the property is both modern and well equipped including a good size pool and lovely garden with Patio area and use of a family sized gas BBQ .... inside is very well designed and nicely laid out ... also very easy to keep clean .... This house also has heating for the winter months and aircon for those hot summers that Malta is famous for .... with a generous electric allowance I do not think you can go far wrong with this one ... Ideal for the family or group who would rather stay away from the crowds .... with 2 double bedrooms with ensuite 2 twin bedrooms and a single we slotted right in .... thankyou Paul we loved our stay

The service is like an apartment rental, not a private rent out as I have been used to with airbnb. Someone "checked you in" and "out" at your property. The house was not heated (it took three days to heat it, and one heating was not working, the rental company had known it but not repaired it). As such, the house was very nice yet visibly not being lived in normally and only rented out. Location completely lonely and very exposed to the wind. In summer probably a great place (apart from the artificial grass in the garden). Beautiful cliffs close by, and a great restaurant (The Cliffs) close to the cliffs and another one in Dingli.

Dear Ursula, Thank you for choosing Ta Trejni as your choice to stay in February 2015. Just for the record I would like to respond to your comments in the following order. You rented a Villa/Farmhouse not an Apartment, nor is it an Apartment Rental, the property occupies a countryside location thus we had to meet and greet you and show you around the property. Just to note that 98% of property in Malta do not have central heating, this property falls into the 2% which does. I can assure you we did not know about a radiator not working nor, did you bring this to our attention during your stay! The location is set within open country side as described on the advert, the artificial grass was a conscious decision to counter act bugs and insects, which like to invest grass of which grass in Malta is very hard to the touch as well. We asked you to fill an on-line form in to have your details selecting whether you want transfers or not and to provide us with your flight arrival/departure timings, furthermore you mention we did not contact you through AirBnB please log into AirBnB and see our communications with you via AirBnB! We do not hide fees, all is within the advert where it is clearly marked House Rules on AirBnB. When we met with you on arrival and advised you of this you was very rude with us, when we asked did you not read this you stated and I quote 'I don't have time to read everything, I am a business women' unquote. We have just recently listed on Air BnB Ta Trejni villa/farmhouse, but for the benefit of future travelers we have reviews on Tripadvisor, going back 4 years, that perhaps reflect a more just statement to the hard work and investment gone into this unique property.
