Located in Center City Philadelphia near Rittenhouse Square, this charming trinity with it's spiral stairs is unique to Philadelphia - though perhaps at one time a few may have existed in New York - the trinity house, also known as a bandbox house or Father, Son & Holy Ghost house. This house is within walking distant to the Schuykill River Trail, some of the best restaurants & cafe's, The Barnes, great shopping & local attractions. Easy access to the Airport, Amtrak & public transportation.
As featured on Tiny House hunting season three, This Trinity, located in a great neighborhood only a few short blocks from the center of Rittenhouse Square.
Conveniently located with a walk score of 99, you can walk from the river to river from this location.
My home is filled with charm & artwork from all over the world. The house is perfect for one or two guests, a queen sized bed on the third level and a twin sized very comfortable daybed on the second level.
*Please note this is a Trinity which is one room per floor accessed by spiral stairs if you have any type of mobility issues, this home will not work for you.
*Also please note if this is important to you there is no microwave, we do provide a large toaster oven which functions just as well for reheating, cooking or just toast.
This trinity home is a great place where you will find everything you need for a truly relaxing stay.

I will greet you upon your arrival and answer any questions you may have as well as leave you with my cell number and email address, just in case you need to reach me day or night during
your stay I will also leave some local information for you.
If I happen to be out of town I will always leave information for you to be in touch with one of my good friends that know the house as well as I do.
The house is over 150 years old so it does have it's quirks & creaks. My street is relatively small & quite but you never know . . . with trash & recycling pick up early Tuesday mornings that is probably as loud as it will get, there is also a daycare that backs up to my street about 4 house's down so children do come out to play twice a day after 9:00 am and they can be a bit loud at times but it only last less than an hour Monday - Friday.
No Smoking allowed in any of the areas of the house or the back patio.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
The house is really not suitable for young child because the stairs are spiral.
Please leave all used towels & washcloths in the laundry bag located in the bedroom on the hook in between the closets, and place the bag on the floor.
This is my primary residence and I trust that you will show it the same care as you would your own home, if you need to move furniture please take a photo of the room so you will be able to place the furniture back into the exact location you removed it from.
Please no parties or extra guests, this is a small house and should only be used by the parties listed through Airbnb.
Trash & Recycle day is Monday, so any trash or recycling you need to discard from the house before or after that can be placed on the back patio in the warmer months the pation is closed because of the cold from November until late March, containers are provided in the allley of the patio.
À partir du 1 septembre 2017 - 30 novembre 2017, la durée minimum de séjour est de 2 nuits.

I am native New Yorker, I now live, work & play in Philadelphia and I love this city!
In my professional life I plan special events for thousands of guests so I am always on the go. I love to travel my trip to Cuba this year was just amazing. I also just love to hangout with family & friends. My neighborhood is really a great place to hang out and explore, it offers something to fit everyone's taste.
