Converted as an industrial warehouse, Bodgers is a 17th century boat house that has been re-furbished in a retro industrial loft style. Bulthaup kitchen, luxury bathroom, fireplace, opposite the river Exe and next to all the best pubs and eateries.
Totally unique space in Devon. Done out as an industrial style loft space with exposed metal trunking, high ceilings, air management systems and lots of glazing. The floors are basalt, the kitchen is wardrobe style Balthaup B2. The bathroom has a £7000 luxury bath, totally open wet room shower and Bisazza wall coverings.
This place is perfect for young couples who want to be in the heart of Topsham's eating and drinking whilst directly opposite the water. The second bedroom has a truckle bed system that can either be 1 or 2 singles or join to make a double. There is a glass garage in the lounge with a classic Porsche as art. If you are style conscious or love food and wine - there is nothing like it in Devon!
BTW Virgin Tivo box and 100MB internet access is free.
I have also been asked by a guest to mention that the bedrooms have windows for light but no external windows.
Accès des voyageurs
Complete place. Parking is at a public car park on the quay (15 seconds). There is off street parking outside but limited. The garage is in the lounge behind bullet proof glass. A classic car sits there as part of the art but this space is locked and not available.

As much or as little as you like. Breakfast is not included!
There is a minimum 2 night requirement.
During the summer months, some of the line wash paint may flake off the walls onto the floor. This is a natural event that happens to lime wash walls in ancient buildings.
Professional and active, like to think of myself as very friendly. Ethos of the property is that it has been done using the best finishings as if for my own family. The place is run on the same basis.
Really into things that will be immediately visible to anyone staying...classic cars (sitting inside the lounge behind bullet proof glass), boats (directly opposite), good food and wine (3 places within 30 seconds), cycling and running (its on the estuary path).
