Convenient for use even if it rains. The bar is on the landing which overlooks the room. Sleeper sofa, chaise lounge and 42 inch tv with Roku, local stations and easy access cables for hooking to your computer. Wifi router is also in this room giving the whole house and yard excellent reception.
The outside has a fire pit on the huge back patio with plenty of wood to burn (or any losing track tickets). Traditional hammock and seated hammock with marble top table and chairs make it a easy hang out space. Covered back porch also has additional seating including a wooden swing that overlooks the back yard moss garden.
Street parking is usually open right in front of the house. Sometimes you have to park a few cars down.

I would also be able to shop for you and have the fridge and bar stocked. (reimbursement on arrival).
You can expand your support of the arts by purchasing pieces you find here. We ship! Original art makes a memorable keepsake for your time in Louisville and doubles as a great investment.

I am an artist who loves to use reclaimed material. I am resourceful, flexible and love people. Yoga, camping, gardening and hanging with friends are some of my favorite activities.
My husband Rusty (also an artist) and I have had roommates in the past and enjoyed the extra energy in the house. We love the the new experiences that offering our home to others brings. We like to treat guests as family.
Within the next year we hope to have an extended trip to Spain and possibly house sit for someone. We frequently camp or stay with friends and family when traveling.
