Oceanfront single-family house located at the mouth of Netarts Bay and Hodgdon Creek, near Oceanside and Tillamook, Oregon. The cottage overlooks Netarts Bay, the Oregon Islands Wildlife Refuge and the Pacific Ocean.
Eden's Garden is two stories, has three bedrooms and sleeps eight comfortably. Its on a bluff over the beach - with lots of windows and spectacular views. You can walk from the cottage directly to the ocean beach on our private path, or lounge on our deck, which overlooks the Pacific.
The cottage features a full kitchen, including a cook-top range, a microwave, a toaster oven, silverware, dishware, pots and pans, a coffee maker, a French Press, a coffee grinder, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer and a barbecue. We provide all towels and linens. There is a TV and DVD player. There is electric heat.
Eden's Garden has three queen-size beds in separate bedrooms, plus a queen-size fold-out couch in the living room. All bedrooms have ocean views. Sleeping pads can also be made available for your use upon request. The cottage comfortably sleeps eight, and groups of up to 12 people will work in many cases. The area features some excellent restaurants, lots of wildlife, state parks, and many other different types of activities. Seals nest on sandbars offshore from the cottages, Great Blue Heron fish in the waters off our beach, Pelicans sail in the sky, and in the summer wild roses and lilies bloom in the yard. Sometimes you'll see a bald eagle or deer or elk in the area. The area is known for Dungeness crabbing, fresh clams and oysters, fishing and whale watching, and is part of the beautiful Three Capes Scenic Route.
Netarts is a quiet, non-touristy village of a few hundred people. It's one of the closest beaches to Portland, Oregon (75 miles, or a 90 minute drive). There is a small grocery store a short walk from the cottage. There are several great restaurants within 2 miles of the cottage. Major services and supermarkets are available eight miles away in Tillamook.

We are available to answer any questions from guests at any time. The best hours to call us are between 8am and 8pm, and day of the week. There is also a phone # available for emergencies if you need it.
We have a security service that checks the house periodically, as well as maintenance and landscaping people. You are unlikely to see any of these folks and they won't come to the door unless there is a problem. For your own safety, do not let anyone that you don't know into the property during your stay.
In the case of a medical emergency - there is a fire department about a block from the house, and the local hospital is about 6 miles away.

The county requires quiet time from 10pm to 7am.
Parking should only be in designated spaces.
o 3 cars will fit in the driveway.
o 1 car can park across the street.
o No more than 4 cars total are allowed.
Linens and towels are provided. Please don't take our towels to the beach.
Camping is not allowed in the yard.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Please be good neighbors to the full time residents of the area.

Pets are allowed with payment of pet fees & deposits.
o AirBnB will probably not automatically charge you our pet fees when you book.
o If you tell us what types of pets you have and how many, prior to booking, we will adjust your AirBnB quote to include the pet fees.
o If AirBnB charges do not end up including pet fees for any reason, you will be required to pay them directly to the owner before your reservation is finalized.
o Pets are to be kept off the furniture, and guest are expected to clean up after their pets - including picking up pet waste in the yard and driveway.
