Fantastic beach house just 200m walk to beach. Recently renovated, Narda Beach House can cater for a beach escape or family holiday. A short drive to famous wineries and restaurants in vibrant Margaret River.

Le logement

Relaxed beach house with comfortable bedrooms and living area. Narda Beach House provides an excellent outdoor area with pizza oven and bbq, perfect for entertaining. The hot outdoor shower adds to the experience. Two of the bedrooms, one of the bathrooms and the kitchen were recently built during renovation, the remaining rooms are existing.

Guests have access to the rooms that they have paid for during the booking process. Rooms that were not paid for must be left closed and unused or other charges will apply and be deducted from the security bond. For example, if a guest has booked the property as a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom configuration for 4 people, then the 3rd and 4th bedrooms must remain unused (including not taking pillows or towels from the unused rooms).
For all bookings only the access to bedrooms and bathrooms varies according to number of guests booked, so all bookings have access to kitchen/living area/dining area/laundry/outdoor areas.

NOISE
Guests are to acknowledge there are laws regarding excessive noise after 10pm and before 7am. Noise carries easily in the night to nearby residences.
After 10pm at night, please:
•Keep noise to a minimum
•No musical instruments
•No loud music
•No shouting or loud voices
•Be aware noise carries, especially when you are outside.

If there is a noise complaint from neighbours during the guest stay then the bond will be forfeited. The bond will be used towards administration of the noise complaint and compliance of the property with local shire rules and regulations regarding holiday rental properties.
Management reserves the right to evict tenants who do not comply with the noise limit restriction/request.

The property has a no pets policy, and a no smoking inside policy.
A full list of house rules is supplied inside the property.

CLEANING
•Guests are required to leave the property in a neat and tidy condition and report any breakages to the manager.
•Dishes should be properly washed and packed away, or washing in the dishwasher on departure.
•Rubbish should be removed and placed in the bins near the parking area.
•We provide cleaning as part of the overall rate that you paid to stay however this rate doesn't cover excess cleaning. If excess cleaning is required for example to wash dishes, clean very dirty oven, spilled food/liquid in fridge, or other excessive amounts of cleaning, then we may charge an excess cleaning fee of $45/hour.

BOOKED ROOMS/USAGE
Please ensure you know how many bedrooms/bathrooms are included in your booking. For example, if your booking is for 1 bedroom/1 bathroom then you will need to ensure the remaining bedrooms/bathrooms are unused/kept closed during the stay, including not removing towels/pillows/bed linen etc. An extra room fee will be charged for usage of bedrooms/bathrooms not included in the original booking.
If you are unsure of the room usage included in your booking, please contact the manager to check.

PETS & SMOKING
The property has a strictly no pets policy, and a strictly no smoking inside policy.

Great location, the house is a bit like a hotel but nice and clean no wifi though

The house was nice and only a short walk to the beach. Great location for the beach and a short drive to Margaret River. We really enjoyed our stay! Only downside is that there is no WiFi at the house.

Highly recommend this place - good size, great beds, all the amenities you need. Location is excellent, less than 2 mins walk to the beach, and also an easy walk to Gnarabup family beach and Surfers Point/ the river mouth. Would work as a getaway in summer or winter.

Great place to stay, close to the beach and walking distance to parks and café. Loved the pizza oven!

This was my first experience with Airbnb. Very impressed with how booking handled. The place was ideal for what we required and very conveniently located to the entries to the part of the Cape to Cape track that my husband and daughter chose to walk. Takeaway food from the local Café very good. Convenience to Margaret River Town also appreciated. We were unable to access Wi Fi even though listed but it was not a problem for us as we had our own data access. Enjoyable stay and excellent house for our little toddler.
