This apartment is on the first floor of apartment building and does not have lift access. It is a double storey apartment with internal spiral staircase to upper level.

All communication must be via airbnb messaging. If you need to call us, then we ask that you follow up your phone call via airbnb messaging. This ensures all communication is always in airbnb messaging for easy reference.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is up to 10am. Check in/out procedures are detailed once reservation is confirmed.
All our properties have 1 set of keys which must be returned according to advised check-out procedure.
Most of our properties feature off street parking. At some properties we offer 1 on street parking permit which must be returned according to advised check-out procedure. Some of our properties don't have parking. Please enquire.
We don't have facilities to store luggage prior to check-in or after check-out. If you require luggage storage, you'll need to make your own arrangements.
All our properties are STRICTLY NON SMOKING inside, outside and in common property areas.
In the interest of looking after the environment, we ask you to ensure that lights/heating/cooling etc., are switched off when not in property, and when checking-out. Excessive usage may be charged.
Our properties are not suitable for pets.
TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF AND YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS
You acknowledge that you are covered by your own personal insurance and will not have any claims against us for direct or indirect injuries to you or for theft/loss/damage to your property that may occur in the property and/or building common property areas. Also, you ensure you'll take all your personal items at check-out, as we won't be responsbile for anything you leave behind.
All our properties are located in residential buildings, and your neighbours are long term residents. Staying with us means you can live like a local! As part of that experience, we expect that at all times you be respectful and mindful of neighbouring residents, and their expectation of peaceful enjoyment of their homes. This is especially true when entering or exiting the property, and when in outside areas such as balconies, courtyards and common property areas. Noise from inside and outside the property must be inaudible by other residents between 10pm and 8am and at a level that does not interfere with neighbouring residents' peaceful enjoyment of their homes at all other times. Parties, gatherings, functions are all STRICTLY PROHIBITED and guests staying must not exceed number as booked. And of course, illegal activities are not permitted.
LOOKING AFTER THE PROPERTY AND CONTENTS
Any damages and/or losses to property or contents must be immediately reported to us via airbnb messaging. All damages and/or losses to property or contents are the express responsibility of you, the Guest making booking, and any of your Invitees. In addition you agree to keep the property secure at all times during your stay and at check-out.
It is a requirement that the property be maintained in a clean and tidy state at all times during your stay, and that it is left in a reasonable state of cleanliness and tidiness at exit that does not require extra cleaning or tidying by our housekeeping team over and above a standard exit clean in order to prepare property for incoming guests. There will be a charge for extra cleaning. Depending on length of stay, we provide complimentary compulsory interim housekeeping which provides fresh bed linen, bath towels, general clean and tidy, but not a complete housekeeping service as provided before check-in. Property must be in a reasonable state of cleanliness and tidiness in order for housekeeping to be able to carry out interim housekeeping including ensuring beds are left free of personal items so that linen can be changed.
