Modern furnished one bedroom apartment enjoying two terraces overlooking country views as well as the Marsascala Harbour.

The layout consists of a bedroom, kitchen/living area and a shower ensuite. A sofa bed situated in the living area accommodates extra sleeping capacity. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and is ideal for a couple who wish to spend a holiday in Malta in a tranquil yet modern surroundings.

The apartment is situated on the top floor in a quiet residential area very close to Marsascala Centre and is within each of all tourist attractions; shops, restaurants, cafes etc.

There are direct buses to Marsascala from Malta International AIrport, Marsaxlokk and the three cities Victoriosa, Cospicua, Senglea and Valletta.

Our apartments are licenced from the Malta Tourisim Autority this give our costemers an extra peace of mind that the apartments are of a certian level.

1) Responsibilities of the Tenant

The Owner shall be allowed access to the Apartment at any reasonable time during the entire stay. The Tenant is responsible for the Apartment and is also expected to take all reasonable care of it. All equipment and utensils, etc must be left clean and tidy at the end of the holiday.

Upon arrival, a deposit of €200 is to be paid by the Tenant, such deposit is to be refunded by the Owner at the termination of the stay, provided that the Apartment, after having been inspected by the Owner, is found to be in the same condition as it was prior to occupancy.

If any breakages or damages should occur to the Apartment and/or its contents during the Tenant`s stay, the latter must proceed to immediately notify the Owner. Kindly note that the Tenant is liable for the loss of any equipment and/or other items found missing by the Owner from the Apartment for the duration of the Tenant`s stay and immediately following the latter`s departure.

The Owner reserves the right to terminate the tenancy of property if conduct of the Tenant and other members is detrimental to other residents nearby. In these circumstances, no money would be refunded including any deposit so made. Please also note that the Owner is not responsible for any potential noise or disturbance going on in the nearby area.

No private parties are allowed in the Apartment during the Tenant`s stay.

The Apartment is air-conditioned. In this regard, all doors and windows are to be kept closed while the air-conditioning system is being activated.

2) Pets

The Owner regrets that pets are not permitted in the Apartment.

3) Party Size

The total number of people occupying the Apartment shall at no time exceed the number stated upon booking. In circumstances when the Tenant abuses this requirement, he may be requested to reimburse the Owner an extra fee or otherwise vacate the Apartment immediately.

14) Disclaimer

No responsibility will be accepted by the Owner for any accident or loss, damage to personal effects, baggage, car or any other item belonging to the Tenant or any member of his party whether arising from the negligence of the Owner or otherwise.

5) Complaints

In the event that the Tenant is not satisfied with the condition of the Apartment throughout his stay, he should immediately proceed to contact the Owner on (phone number hidden) or (phone number hidden). Failure to inform the Owner will result in the loss or reduction of any rights the Tenant may have had in connection with making a complaint.

L appartement correspond à la description. Il est calme, bien situé et avec deux terrasses agréables avec vue sur le port. Il est aussi bien équipé. Il est à 10 minutes à pied de tout. George a été un hôte très accueillant et disponible. Nous avons pu lui louer une voiture ce qui nous a permis de gagner du temps. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Great location and price, George is a great host and waited for us until 10:30PM after Ryan Air delayed flight for an hour... but he had a smile on his face dispite that. Highly recommended!

The place is exactly like pictures ang George is a very gentle host. Marsaskala is a quiet and non-touristic village. Car is needed to go all arround.

George is very good host and nice person. We spent in his apartment only few days, but we really enjoyed it. The place is in very quite area with amazing sea view! Flat has everything you need: glasses, plates even small grill. Place was clean and we felt there welcome. Thank you George once again for a your hospitality. Regards, Patrycja

We had an amazing holiday in George's place. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean, with beautiful views from both terraces. Located in a quiet, residential area, very close to public transport, shops and restaurants. George made us feel so welcome and has been very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you George! We will be back.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Georges Appartement. Die beiden Terrassen und vor allem die Aussicht waren ein Traum. Wir hatten uns vorgenommen öfters zu kochen weshalb die Küche ein wichtiger Bestandteil für uns war. Alles war vorhanden und wirklich fast wie Zuhause. "Leider" stellte sich schnell heraus, dass Masaskala gute Restaurants und Bars hat die nicht nur um die Ecke liegen, sondern auch noch günstiger waren als gedacht. So hatte sich das Kochen schnell erledigt. Wir hatten ein Mietauto für das George einen Garagenstellplatz zur Verfügung hatte. Einfach top und bequem. Bushaltestellen sind aber auch direkt um die Ecke. George war sehr nett und verständnisvoll selbst als wir bedingt durch eine Verspätung des Fluges erst um 2Uhr ankamen. Durch (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) hatten wir bei Problemen immer einen direkten Draht zu ihm und demnach eigentlich auch kein Problem mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jedem mit normalen Ansprüchen weiter empfehlen. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. B Georges Appartement. My name is George and I live in Zurrieq Malta with my wife Cynthia & our child Michela. We bought Ta' Kurun property in October 2006 after we spending 5 years renting Ta' Kurun we bought Ta' Rosi property next door to Ta' Kurun. George and Cynthia Debono are the founders of GCM Holidays. Our motto is to offer an accommodation of good standing so that this increases the entire holiday package which the lovely country of Malta has to offer to tourists. We collect our customers from the airport and take them to the apartment situated in Bella Vista, Marsascala. On the way to the apartment, George and Cynthia show their customers the facilities which are available in this locality such as restaurants, shops, the bus terminus, etc. We furnished these apartments with to the highest standards.The area of Bella Vista in Marsascala is very quiet although it is not too far from the center. This location is minutes away from the capital city Valletta, Victoriosa, Cospicua,Senglea and Marsaxlokk. There is direct bus service to these locations while other locations can be reached by changing buses at the airport or at Valletta.
