SEPT/OCT RATES HAVE BEEN DISCOUNTED! Our Hollywood home is located just minutes away from Universal Studios and The Walk of Fame. We have 3 bedrooms plus a loft, so we can accommodate 8 people in beds. We have a rooftop deck, a gated driveway, free wi-fi and cable.
Prior to arriving, each guest must sign a Rental Agreement which explains the terms of our rental. Here is a sample of our rental agreement that you are agreeing to.
Fees: There is a one-time cleaning fee for each booking. This is to prepare the property for the next guest after you depart. We do not provide a daily maid service. There is also a small administration fee.
Security Deposit: There is a security deposit required for each booking. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure provided no deductions are made due to:
i. damage to the property or furnishings;
ii. necessity for excessive cleaning; or
iii. any other cost incurred due to Guest’s stay.
Cancelation Policy: We have only one unit. If we have reserved it for you, we may already have lost a replacement booking. If you cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before arrival, we will retain the deposit. If the reservation is not canceled, this deposit will be applied to the balance due. Within 60 days of arrival, payments will only be refundable if we are able to re-book the dates of your reservation and we will only refund the amount we are able to book the dates for since a sale may be in place.
Problem Resolution: If you have any problems with the unit, you agree to give management at least 24 hours to resolve the problem(s). Major issues/repairs may take more time to rectify. No refunds or adjustments will be given for malfunctioning equipment.
Falsified Reservations: While we do not expect any problems such as this, reservations obtained under false pretenses will void the reservation and forfeit any and all monies paid. Check-in will not be permitted.
Property Access: Please advise us of your expected arrival time and we will make arrangements for your access to the property.
Travel Insurance: We do not offer Travel Insurance. Travel insurance is available separately AirBNB and we encourage its purchase.
Accidents/Injuries: Owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries incurred on the property by our guests or their guests. Please exercise due care for your safety and the safety of others. However, we take your safety seriously, so please bring any dangerous conditions to our attention IMMEDIATELY upon discovery. We will take appropriate action right away.
No Drug/Party Policy: If drugs are found or suspected, you will be asked to leave immediately without any refund. This unit is a safe, sacred environment for families and business people. The use of the property for a party or event is not tolerated. If there is any evidence of a party and additional cleaning is required, you will automatically lose your deposit.
Lost Items: Owners are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings or valuables. If an item is left behind and we find it, we can ship it at the guest's expense.
Exceptions: We prefer not to make exceptions to these policies. However, if all parties agree, signatures of all parties would be required upon written documentation of the changes.
This is a non-smoking unit. However, there is plenty of room to smoke outside. Please be conscious of closing the doors and nearby windows while smoking, and properly dispose of all smoking debris.
Because we love travel with our pet, pets are permitted with an additional deposit. Please review and sign the pet addendum separately, as appropriate.
The occupancy is limited to the number on the rental agreement unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
The rental comes with one gated parking space. Additional parking is available on the street. Please note the parking sign restrictions when using street parking. We are not responsible for any parking violations.
Please only use toilet paper in the toilet. No paper towels, wet wipes, feminine products, etc. should be flushed. There will be a fee for backups caused by the guest flushing inappropriate materials.
Please respect the neighborhood and your neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment of their homes.
Loud music and noise are prohibited. Quiet times are 9pm to 9am.
Parking in, or blocking of neighboring driveways of rental property is prohibited.
Posted street signage (speed limits, parking restrictions, etc) will be obeyed.
No moving or rearranging furniture.
Parties are prohibited at property.
If an excessive amount of cleaning is required (determined at owner’s discretion), the guest will be responsible for extra cleaning fees. In order to avoid this we ask that prior to check-out guests do the following. Put all dishwasher safe dishes in dishwasher and start a cycle. Pots and pans should be washed and put away. Do not make beds, and pile used towels neatly in the bathroom. Make sure all trash is in trash cans. Remove and dispose of leftovers from the refrigerator.
Check out is 11AM. Guests will be charged a fee for late check out unless otherwise approved.

I am a California native who spent 10 years in Hollywood working in the film industry. After moving out of state, my husband and I decided to rent out our Hollywood home to travelers.
