Le logement

Measures 74.1 Sq m or 797 Sq ft. The living room has dramatic double height vaulted ceilings and large windows that flood the room with sunlight on summer afternoons.
The apartment has two bathrooms which includes an en-suite to the master bedroom. The second bedroom is located on the 5th floor, and looks over the living room, a high level glass screen separates this room from the living space offering privacy. There is a sofa bed which can be made up with advance notice.

The area is amazing for visitors to London, the neighbourhood is known as Clerkenwell but the nearest stations are Farringdon or St Pancras International. Exmouth Market is on the next street for amazing restaurants., bars and cafes. Shoreditch, West End and City of London are all within walking distance.


Close to Farringdon station, one of London's best connected stations.

I stayed in this penthouse and the one next door and both were exactly what I was looking for: spacious, clean, good wifi for working, and so close to a tube station and a variety of restaurants & bars. I can't wait for the next time I'm in London and am hopefully able to stay here again!

I am so happy I had the opportunity to spend about 7 weeks here from the end of October through mid-December. To say it was outstanding is truly an understatement. I was in London for study and my program was in Soho - just a couple minutes away from Oxford Street. The location of this flat was perfect! I was able to get to Soho in under 20 minutes via bus when the traffic was good. You can even walk to Soho/Oxford Street in about 20-25 min which is extremely convenient! Overall, the location was perfect with Covent Garden, Regent Street, Somerset House, Trafalgar Square, Carnaby Street (and so much more) all being 15-25 minutes away. The neighbourhood, Clerkenwell, is also so lovely! You are literally just a couple minutes walk from a variety of excellent restaurants cafés and adorable shops. I fell in love with the neighbourhood and was so sad to leave. Everyone was so friendly and I always felt safe. The flat was AMAZING. So spacious and modern! The building was well-maintained and there is a lift, just in case you don't want to take the stairs to your flat. Everything in my flat was clean, new, and very beautiful. I loved everything about it. Angela didn't miss a thing - bathrooms were excellent, beds & bedding were comfortable, TV was big, heating was always functioning well, the space was airy and bright - really, I would give my stay 10 stars if I could. Thank you Angela! I can't wait to stay with you again - you made my London adventure an unforgettable trip of lifetime!

The photos and explanation of the penthouse are 100% accurate. In addition, the location is fantastic. Lots of restaurants and pubs around and only a 3 minute walk to the quaint Exmouth Market with many restaurants, coffee bars, a small market, dry cleaners, and other local shops. The Farringdon train station is about a 10 minute walk from the flat. Kings College and Covent Garden areas about a 25-30 minute walk. This flat is rented by a management company and not a private owner and the host is very responsive and even provided a few amenities (coffee pods, tea, salt, sugar, soap, etc) upon arrival. There is also daily maid service but you can adjust how many times they come by if you prefer less service. Really loved staying here and will stay here again when in London!

The apartment was amazing! Really well furnished and full of space! I stayed there with a colleague of mine to work in London. Great stay!
