This wagon, or roulotte in French, started life as a roadside workers wagon in Belgium, and has now been fully converted into a gorgeous self contained living space. It has a fully functional kitchen, wood burner, double bed, and cosy table area.
The wagon is small, but absolutely cosy. Until now many Wwoofers (volunteers) have stayed in it and have all loved the space. It would suit writers, meditators (for self retreat), romantic couples, or solo folk who just need some time to decompress in a beautiful place!

You'll have full access to the land, which includes 4 hectares of wild woodland. In the warmer months there is a communal kitchen in operation. For guests there is a compost toilet and outdoor shower block. The shower is heated by the sun in the warmer months, and by gas in the colder months. There is a small swimming pool in use between May and October.

I'm usually here to help out and give advice whenever you need it! I've lived here for 5 years and have really got to know the area.
This area of l'Ariège in the French Pyrenees is beautiful. There is an excellent market in our village every Sunday morning and we own and co-run a non profit café venue locally. There are plenty of interesting characters in the area to meet and connect with, if you're that way inclined.
No specific house rules. Guests always behave decently!

I am a musician, magician (seriously!), circus artist, meditation teacher, and up-keeper of the land (this land). I live here with Dixie Lu, my 10 year old daughter, and occasionally some other passing friends.
