We have recently moved to NYC from London and are happy to help with any questions you might have, tips on the local area, ideas for fun things to do in NYC etc.
If we aren't home when you check in, no worries we have a secure key safe outside the apt.
We live and work in the apartment so there will usually be somebody home, and currently we don't have a dining table...but it's on the way!
We have direct access to the roof (for the smokers and those wishing to get some fresh air)
There is also a church 2 blocks away that chimes on the hour, reminds us of Big Ben!!
Shoes off inside the apartment please :-)
We'll make space in the fridge if you need it, and feel free to use dishes and cook wear - just please rinse used items and pop them in the dishwasher!
Bedding and one towel per guest are provided free of charge. And an additional free standing heater and window fan are in the wardrobe if necessary. Guests are welcome to use hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and just ask if there's anything else you might need!

I recently moved to NYC from London with my wife Daniella, my profile picture is me pouring us both a glass of Prosecco for our 8th anniversary two years ago at The London Particular in New Cross (our favourite restaurant in London)
Daniella is currently studying Curating on the Whitney Independent Study Programme and I'm working as a freelance photographer, DoP and DJ! Needless to say we both love our music, particularly old vinyl; we both cycle a lot and enjoy regular Sunday brunches at the Roebling Tea Rooms in Williamsburg!
