Nina was very welcomed us into his lovely apartment. It was exactly as she describes. I realy like its brightness and the inside atmosphere... So danish ! The neighborhood is also very nice ! We tested some places that Nina indicated us and we were not disappointed. We had a great weekend ! I highly recommend this apartment.

Nina is so impressive as a host. Easily contactable, extremely thorough and very friendly. She met us after our delayed fight and welcomed us with wine and tea! The flat is a good location to branch out to other parts of Copenhagen and offers everything one needs for a getaway. Bring some entertainment for the flat in case it rains (there's no TV etc) - but Nina has plenty of English books on her shelves. Oh - the shower is energy saving and so a slight problem for me with washing very thick hair as it isn't typically powerful. Would certainly stay again.

Nina was a very good host. She was very friendly and asked often if there was something she could do to make our stay more comfortable. The bed sheets and towels were clean and tidy, the place itself was tidy too. It is a small apartment in square meters but it feels spacious. The street and the neighbours were very quiet but once we went a few streets further, there were a lot of shops/restaurants/... A great combination actually! There is a nice park 5 minutes by bike from the apartment and the city centre is 15 minutes by bike. The only negative thing is the very small bathroom. The bathroom is basically the shower. So when I took a shower the toilet, bathroom floor and sink got wet. Apparently it's a typically Danish thing and a lot of houses/appartments have this kind of bathroom. But in general, we enjoyed our stay a lot and I would definetely recommend this apartment!

Absolute Empfehlung!

Nina's apartment could not be more perfect. The minute my boyfriend and myself stepped inside, Nina made sure our stay was more than comfortable. Leaving a list of favourite restaurants, cafes, shops and places to go, ensured that our stay in the hip area of Norreboro was a local experience. The neighbourhood was wonderful with a youthful buzz and countless great kebab shops to try! The area also boasts great bakeries, cafes and clothing boutiques - also the ACNE Sample Store is only a short 10 minute walk down the road! Nina's apartment has everything you could possibly want for a holiday to Copenhagen with all the mod-cons and you eventually get used to the idea of showing in the middle of the bathroom in true Copenhagen style! Getting to the city was absolutely no issue with 4-5 bus routes heading straight to the tourist destinations and centre of Copenhagen. The busses also ran frequently often not having to wait more than 5 minutes for a bus to come along. Few tips from one traveller to the next: - Don't head too far north of Norreboro (under the Norreboro station train line) as this is when the city becomes a bit seedy - Be prepared to leave with a full stomach as Denmark's food is irresistible (don't miss the cinnamon scrolls every Wednesday at Sct. Peder's Bageri in the Latin Quarter of Copenhagen) - Try out a bike tour. In a city that loves their bicycles for their mode of transport it's definitely the best way to see all the sites. Thanks again Nina for opening your home and making Copenhagen a city to remember!!

Wow! We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Ninas beautiful apartment. The place is delicately furnished, spacious and clean and is located in a beautiful area. Nina had made a list over recommended bars/cafes etc, and provided us with everything you will get in a hotel. She was really helpful and fast responding. We couldn't have asked for any better place to stay for our weekend in Copenhagen!

Hey, I'm Nina. I study Visual Culture at University of Copenhagen, I am 28, I know at least 10 good spots for coffee-drinking in the Copenhagen sun - and I've lived in the city the last 9 years.
